Cook and entertain in style in the spacious kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities, from cooking appliances to utensils, this kitchen has everything you need. Coffee lovers will enjoy having their choice of a Nespresso Vertuo or Keurig/drip coffeemaker ensuring you can enjoy your favorite brew just the way you like it. Additionally, there's an irresistible nugget ice maker, perfect for keeping your drinks cool and refreshing. A monitor is also available for those who need to catch up on work. Each bedroom features ceiling fans and upgraded linens, providing a restful place to sleep after your day at the beach.

This property also features a private floating dock with deep-water access (Boat lift is not available for guests' use). You can dock your boat, launch a kayak, paddleboard, fish, or simply relax and float in the afternoon sun. Additionally, a fish cleaning station is located on the dock to help you prep your catch for dinner at either the gas or charcoal grill.
