Located in an exclusive gated community with a communal swimming pool, playground, tennis court and recreation park, you won't go short of entertainment. When you'd prefer a little more privacy and relaxation, your lovely holiday home also has its own large lap pool and fantastic alfresco entertaining space with a built-in BBQ, lounge area, dining table and a lovely, leafy outlook.

This property is great for families with grandparents traveling with them, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and the junior master and ensuite on the ground floor along with the pool and living, dining and kitchen areas. Ducted air-conditioning flows throughout, and Wifi is included.

The downstairs main living area is stylish, contemporary and very welcoming. The indoors connects seamlessly to the outdoors to create open, spacious areas where you can spread out or interact as you like.

Relax on the plush lounges watching Foxtel on the big screen Smart TV, before dining at your choice of large table - inside or out. The luxe, fully equipped kitchen offers a double door fridge/freezer with ice maker, double ovens, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.

Upstairs, you'll find a second media lounge which opens onto the balcony, as well as the 3 remaining bedrooms and the family bathroom.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with ceiling fan and either walk-in or built-in robe, and 3 bathrooms.

Location
Cross the beachside reserve lining the edge of the gated community to discover the soft sands and sparkling blue waters of the beach that stretches 1km along the coastline. Swim, fish, and stroll the days away at your coastal haven without ever having to get the car out. Mount Coolum, cafes, shops and the golf course are also all under 1km away.

Coolum is an easy 5-minute drive away and a 25-minute drive will take you to iconic Noosa where you can explore the range of beaches, restaurants and shops.

For added convenience, it is just an 8-minute drive to Sunshine Coast Airport.
