With dedicated workspaces, a fully equipped kitchen and modern comforts throughout, this pet-friendly home offers a laid-back Sunshine Coast escape just a short stroll from Wurtulla Beach.
The Space:
This spacious home is thoughtfully styled for relaxed coastal living, with light-filled interiors and an easy indoorâoutdoor flow that encourages connection and downtime. Settle into the living room and let the day slow down, stretching out on plush chaise lounges, enjoying a movie on the smart TV, or dipping into focused work at the dedicated desk with a monitor before heading back outside.
The kitchen is practical and well-equipped, with ample bench space and modern appliances that make cooking effortless. Nearby, the dining area serves as a welcoming space for shared meals, with easy access to the outdoor entertaining area.
Step outside to the entertaining area: a covered alfresco zone overlooking the natural, chemical-free pool. Dine under the pergola, relax with a drink on the outdoor lounge, or bask in the sunshine on the loungers while kids and pets play on the grassy side yard.
The bedroom configuration is as follows:
Bedroom 1 (Primary Bedroom): The primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, an air-conditioning unit, a ceiling fan, a dedicated workspace, an ensuite, and a wardrobe cupboard.
Bathroom 1 (Primary Ensuite): The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and vanity.
Bedroom 2: Furnished with a plush queen bed, ceiling fan, and wardrobe space, with sliding doors that open out to the pool and outdoor area.
Bathroom 2: The functional main bathroom is positioned near bedrooms 2 and 3, featuring a bathtub, shower, vanity, and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 3: The final bedroom is perfect for kids, with two single beds and two single trundles, a ceiling fan, and a wardrobe.
A full laundry with a washer, dryer and outdoor clothesline supports longer stays. Secure parking is available for two cars in the carport behind the front gate, with additional free street parking also available.

Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park two cars in the carport behind the front gate. There is also free street parking available.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the quiet Sunshine Coast suburb of Wurtulla and is positioned only a short cycle or a walk to the beautiful sands of Wurtulla Beach or Currimundi Lake. The home is perfectly positioned with easy access to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, local parks, skate parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks. A short drive will take you to an array of coastal areas in Caloundra or Kawana with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutiques to enjoy.
- Wurtulla Beach is a 350m walk away (dogs are permitted between beach access 249-253)
- You can walk from Wurtulla through to Currimundi beach with your dog
- Currimundi Beach is a 8-min drive away
- Kawana Farmers Market (Saturday) 3-min drive away
- Kawana Sports Precinct is a 5-min drive
- Bokarina playground is 200m away including the amazing Bokarina dining precinct with fantastic restaurants including Bocca, Stoa, Wallace & Wood Ice creamery,

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the apartment is approximately 450m to Nicklin Way where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Currimundi/Caloundra (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for 1 dog - upon application, a $50 pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*Please note the spa is inoperable.
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
