Summary:

Spacious four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom ground-level holiday home, ĐžĐŽĐ”Đ°Đ»ŃŒĐœĐŸ suited for families and small groups, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. The home features two queen bedrooms, a third bedroom with two single beds, and a fourth bedroom with one single bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for family getaways or coastal escapes. Enjoy easy single-level living with generous indoor spaces designed for comfort, convenience, and relaxing holidays.



The Space:

Witta Circle 65 is a prime Noosa waterfront holiday home and could not be situated in a better location for exploring Noosa. The property is north-facing and is an easy 8-minute amble in to Hastings Street and Noosa's iconic main beach, Noosa National Park, and the local al fresco Noosa cafes and restaurants.



The property has 4 x bedrooms, 2 x bathrooms and a powder room, and is perfect for families or couples as your every need is catered for with its well-appointed kitchen, plus its living and outdoor waterfront entertaining area.



The house is fenced from the relaxing waterfront and the gardens are beautifully landscaped creating a sunset BBQ in the courtyard a lovely al fresco way to enjoy our Noosa.

The master bedroom has a water-view and features a QB with ensuite, whilst the guest wing is in another part of the home housing 1 x QBs, 2 x Singles in bedroom 3, and 1 x single in Bedroom 4 to accommodate 7 x guests, with full kitchen facilities that includes dishwasher, air-fryer, oven, and microwave. There is also full laundry facilities. Free wifi is of course offered. There is air-conditioning in the master bedroom, which is featured away from the other bedrooms with balcony doors to open to the waterfront breeze and view. Air con is also featured in the open lounge dining area, and in the hallway there is a ducted system which fans successfully into the remaining guest bedrooms. There are ceiling fans too in the property.



The waterfront itself is perfect for kayaking in and out of, or toddling in the water as there is a strip of sandy beach. There is no swimming pool onsite, or jetty. Car-parking is under the carport in the driveway, room for 2 x vehicles with ease.



Note: This property is strictly a non-smoking environment and prohibits weddings, functions, parties or schoolies - If this policy is breached you will face immediate eviction and all funds paid will be forfeited.



Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.



Note: Fence and gate to canal front is NOT child proof.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a perfect location. A short stroll to the Hastings street shops and all they have to offer. With the ferry stop at our doorstep as well we could get around very easily. The house had everything we needed and with our own little beach out the back it was a little piece of heaven. We have already booked again for next year and would thoroughly recommend this place as an ideal holiday destination.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location family home. Needs a good pest control due to spiders, ants, bugs etc. The clean was very satisfactory- outside area was not cleaned at all, we had to hose it down on the day to remove first/ sand/ table stains etc Skirtings and windows aorund house were very grubby, lots of dust and insects, tracks need a good clean. Bath mats were missing so a tad annoying having to give up extra towels to dry the floors.Bins were not emptied the day before we arrived and thus we had not much room for our own rubbish, then received a call after our stay from the property unhappy that there was rubbish in the incorrect bins... not from us but from the previous tenants. Accomodation company was hard to get a hold of someone who could help in regards to the property. We would always be reverted interstate and be told someone would call us back or given an extension that would go to voicemail. Overall the property is fantastic location and the property although is old was comfy and great layout to accomodate 2 families. The property could do with a refresh, could be kept in better condition with a good deep clean and pest control. We would stay again if these things were met and up to date to have a more enjoyable stay.
