`WHITE BEACH HOUSE` High on Belmore, PETS welcome
Our Sunshine beach house is over 3 levels and gives you 2 seperate living areas.
Its brights and airy with lovely ocean views from the huge back deck.
The house is a 2-3 min walk to the sand and also the dog beach is about 5 Mins away.
Coffee shops, restaurants and the surf cub is a couple of mins walk down the hill.
All of the property except the office and garage.
During your stay, I will be available by phone and e mail
Head to the style, ease and laid-back atmosphere that makes Sunshine Beach such a popular choice for visitors to Noosa. Once known as Golden Beach, Sunshine Beach is renowned for its sand, surf and the ambience of stylish boutiques, cafes and restaurants.
Join the local cafe society â find a spot on a wide deck for breakfast, lunch, dinner or any time in between. Call in at a bakery, deli or general store for fresh local produce or a snack.
Order a cool beer or a tall drink and settle into a comfy couch or perch on a stool at a beach bar where locals drop in on their way to the waves. Or if coffee is something you can`t do without, experience a espresso or what ever your favourite is.
Head to the beach and pack a picnic to enjoy at the foreshore. The wide, open coastline hosts a variety of banks for an endless, uncrowded surfing session and the section in front of the Surf Club is patrolled year round.
After a cool dip in the ocean, try the Sunshine Beach Surf Club for spectacular ocean views as well as great eating and drinking at the award-winning restaurant.
Please note
Sunshine Beach is Part of Noosa National Park, we do a professional pest spray every 12 months to help with Cockroaches and ants, however we can not prevent them coming in sometimes .
There also may be insects and animals in the outdoor areas but this is very unusual.
The air conditioner units are fully services and cleaned every 12 months as is required to keep them clean and in full working order.
As we live in a tropical Area the weather/rain will not be a reason for a refund however most of the time the Sun is Shining.

Guests must:
âą Respect the residential amenity of neighbouring properties at all times.
âą Behave lawfully and not cause any nuisance, annoyance, or disturbance.
Noise and Residential Amenity
Guests must:
âą Limit noise so that it cannot be heard from neighbouring properties, particularly between 10pm and 6am.
âą Ensure noise levels, including voices, music, and outdoor activity, do not disrupt neighbours.
âą Avoid offensive language, loud behaviour, or anti-social activity.
Use of Property
Guests must:
âą Only use the premises for lawful short stay residential purposes.
âą Not use decks, balconies, pools, or outdoor areas in a manner that impacts neighbours or the community.
âą Immediately comply with requests from the Manager/Contact Person regarding behaviour or noise.
Visitor Limits
Guests must:
âą Ensure the number of overnight occupants does not exceed the maximum permitted in the approval.
âą Ensure day visitors do not create noise, parking, or amenity issues.
âą Not host parties, events, or gatherings unless expressly permitted by approval.
Parking and Vehicles
Guests must:
âą Park vehicles on-site and within designated parking areas where provided.
âą Not block neighbouring driveways, footpaths, verges, or the street.
âą Ensure vehicles do not cause nuisance, congestion, or access issues.
Waste and Rubbish
Guests must:
âą Dispose of waste responsibly using the bins provided.
âą Place bins out only on collection days and return them to the property promptly.
âą Avoid littering or leaving rubbish outside bins in a manner that attracts wildlife.
Security and Safety
Guests must:
âą Lock the premises when leaving and secure windows where appropriate.
âą Safely use appliances, fires, BBQs, and equipment as supplied.
Manager/Contact Person
Guests must:
âą Immediately comply with any reasonable direction from the approved contact person managing the property.
âą Understand that breaches may result in termination of stay, removal from the property, and/or notification to Council.
