The villa is situated within a resort complex that boasts 4 pools - perfect to soak up the sunshine, or cool off after the beach, across the road.
The space
Please note this apartment is managed by Balmy Breaks Holiday Homes and not the onsite management, all facilities including the 4 pools and gym is available for guest use. Please do not check-in at the resort reception. You will be provided with self check-in instructions prior to your check-in time.

Villa Two has been professionally styled and decorated with pieces from local and surrounding artists and suppliers to create a relaxed, coastal vibe. The villa has four beds across three bedrooms with two full sized bathrooms and a powder room downstairs. The villa is fitted out with all essential amenities for a holiday home including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Villa Two spans across three levels with an outdoor space on each level, perfect for every member of the family to enjoy their own space. The back entrance opens directly to the resort facilities including beautifully landscaped gardens and four resort style swimming pools. The rooftop terrace faces east which is perfect for catching the sunrise, listening to the waves or toasting the sunset.

HEAD TO THE MARKETS
There are markets in every hotspot on the Sunshine Coast.
The Sunshine Coast Collective Markets are located in Coolum at the primary school (School Rd).
Second Sunday of each month. Coolum also hosts Salty Saturdays once a month as well as the Night Markets on Friday's at tickle park.
The famous Eumundi Markets are 22 km drive away and happen every Wednesday and Saturday

HIT THE BEACH & LEARN HOW TO SURF
Coolum Beach is well known for great surf breaks. You can either rent a board or take a surfing lesson with one or the local surf schools. Otherwise, you can watch the surfers right along the coastline along the boardwalk or at one of the many lookouts.

GO SHOPPING
Coolum and Peregian Beach have quality boutique shops covering floral, fashion and interiors.
Hasting's street in Noosa is only 19 kms away. Lined with chic boutiques and trendy cafes with the famous Noosa Main Beach at its frontage.
If it's a rainy day, the Sunshine Plaza shopping centre in Maroochydore is only 19kms away.
