'Villa One' Walk to Noosa Beach & Hastings Street
Summary:
âVilla Oneâ is a stylish coastal two level townhouse, perfectly located on Noosa Parade within a flat walk to Noosaâs stunning Main Beach and River. Set in a private complex of only three, âVilla Oneâ has its own secure entrance, enclosed courtyards and a garage with direct easy access. The Villa also shares a pool at the front of the complex, perfect for cooling off.
The Space:
As you enter the Villa via the side gate, you will be greeted by the front courtyard area with
built in wooden bench seating and a relaxing hanging chair. There is a gorgeous hot/cold
outdoor shower in this area, perfect for a rinse off after the beach. Once you walk through
the sliding front doors you will enter the airy lounge, kitchen and dining spaces. There is
also a powder room and laundry facilities on this level. The rear doors lead out to a
landscaped tropical courtyard with an alfresco dining area, wooden bench seating and a
Family Webber Q BBQ.
The three bedrooms and main bathroom are on the upper level.
The Master bedroom (King Bed) has its own private balcony.
The Second (Double Bed) and Third (King Single Bed) bedrooms look out over the back
courtyard.
The bathroom with shower and toilet is between the front and rear bedrooms.
The Villa is fully airconditioned and has ceiling fans in the lounge area and all of the
bedrooms to keep guests comfortable all year round.

As our guest you have full access to the Villa, the garage and the shared pool is to the right of the complex. There is a security gate on the driveway and a locked side entry gate into the Villa.
The single garage is suitable for small cars only and is also perfect for storing your surfboards or bikes. Please do not park on the driveway to allow access for the other Villa's. There is free parking on Noosa Parade for your convenience.
The Neighborhood:
We are centrally located on Noosa Parade in Noosa Heads which is the main road between Noosaville and Noosa Main Beach. It is approximately a flat 1km walk into Hastings Street on a direct pathway with cycle paths all the way.
Getting Around:
There are free busses running into Hastings Street From Noosa Parade every 15 Mins during peak holiday periods. Check out - Noosa Loop Bus ( Route 065 ) or Translink for the most up to date schedule for the area. The Noosa ferry also offers a scenic option between Hastings street and Noosa Marina. The closest hop on/off spot is almost across the road at Ricky's Restaurant at Quamby Place, Noosa Heads.
Other Things to Note:
For Gourmet provisions, barista coffee, fresh backery items, general groceries and readymade meals visit Noosa General Store. Café Noosa is next door to this and specialises in authentic Italian Pizzas. Jacks Cellars is a great little bottle shop in the same complex - all are located by the river at Quamby Place (5 min walk away).
