The Villa is secure and private, with a locked gate leading to a gorgeous courtyard surrounding the Villa. To the front is a built in wooden bench and hanging chair, perfect for reading a book or having an early morning coffee before heading to the beach.

Once you walk through the front door you are greeted by an open plan airy lounge and kitchen and dining area.
There is also laundry facilities and a powder room on this level. The rear doors lead out to the private courtyard with outdoor alfresco dining area and Family Webber BBQ surrounded by lush tropical trees.

The three bedrooms and main bathroom are all on the first level.
The master bedroom with huge balcony is at the front of the villa.
The second and third bedrooms look out over the back courtyard.
The main bathroom is on the landing between the bedrooms.

The shared swimming pool is to the right of the townhouses with easy access from the property.
