The Space:
The townhouse boasts three spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with an ensuite, and a family-sized bathroom with an additional powder room on the second level. Sleek polished concrete and timber floors enhance the space, while ducted air conditioning ensures comfort after a day in the sun. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and there is seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living areas. The private courtyard features a plunge pool, outdoor shower, and BBQ areaâideal for relaxing after a beach day. The home also includes a hideaway European laundry and keyless intercom entry for added ease and security.

For those wishing to explore further, public transport options are nearby, including buses that can take you around the Sunshine Coast. If you're planning to drive, there's secure parking available, and you're just a short distance from major roads, making it easy to explore the wider region, from Noosa to Caloundra.
