The Space:

Bedroom One (Master Bedroom):

Indulge in the serenity of the stunning master bedroom, featuring a plush king bed, with views of the mandarin orchard through windows, plus access to the verandah via glass doors. Complete with a ceiling fan, ducted AC, ample wardrobe space, and a sleek modern ensuite, it offers the ultimate retreat for relaxation and comfort.



Bathroom One (Master Ensuite):

The beautifully renovated bathroom features a shower, toilet, and vanity.



Bedroom Two:

Furnished with a comfortable king bed, this charming bedroom has ducted AC, a ceiling fan, wardrobe space and glass doors that open out to the front verandah.



Bedroom Three:

Complete with two single beds, this lovely bedroom has ducted AC, a ceiling fan and wardrobe cupboards.



Bathroom Two:

Experience luxury in the spacious modern bathroom adjacent to bedroom 2 and 3, boasting a large shower and bathtub, toilet, and stylish vanity.



Bedroom Four:

This bedroom is perfect for the kids and features a queen bed, ducted AC, a desk space and a smart TV for added comfort and convenience.



Laundry:

The laundry is complete with a top loader washing machine and dryer, plus a washing line on the adjacent verandah.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, there is space to park two cars on the unsurfaced driveway. The home is located in a rural residential zone and is positioned at the end of a dirt road with a shared driveway.

Nestled in the rural town of Kiels Mountain, this home offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, with no public transport in close proximity. Having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, allowing you the freedom to explore the picturesque Sunshine Coast and its abundant attractions at your own pace. Within approximately 3 minutes from the home, you'll find the Bruce Highway roundabout, offering easy access to all directions on the Sunshine Coast.



Other Things to Note:

*Please be advised that the property features an unfenced dam, and we kindly ask guests to take necessary precautions, especially if traveling with children.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a rural community with neighbours closeby, the home is located on a shared driveway. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.



*Please note firewood is not supplied in Summer, it is supplied in the cooler months (May-August).



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Parties & events are NOT permitted at this home.
