The Space:

Designed for comfort and connection, this modern apartment pairs soft coastal styling with a calm, open-plan layout. The living area is light-filled and welcoming, with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and seamless access to the balcony.



Cooking feels effortless in the sleek, contemporary kitchen, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before the beach or a shared dinner at home. Share quick bites at the adjacent dining nook, then step onto the balcony designed for alfresco dining—perfect for morning coffee in the fresh air or dinner outdoors as the day winds down.



Both bedrooms are styled as quiet retreats, each offering a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, and ducted air-conditioning within a calm, uncluttered setting. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite and opens directly onto the balcony, where gentle breezes and soft light set the tone for slow, easy mornings. Two modern bathrooms continue the refined aesthetic with walk-in showers and spa-like finishes. A compact laundry cupboard includes a front-loading washer, along with an undercover washing line on the balcony for added convenience during longer stays.



Staying at the Azzure complex also includes access to shared premium amenities, including a large sparkling pool with plenty of seating, a fully equipped gym, a steam room, BBQ facilities, and a sunlit sundeck for relaxed days in between adventures. Secure underground parking for two vehicles ensures easy access and arrival.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment, along with 2 garage spaces and access to the Azzure complex facilities including a resort style pool, gym, steam room as well as a complex BBQ and sundeck area.

Bokarina is one of the Sunshine Coast’s most vibrant coastal pockets, offering a seamless blend of beachside calm and everyday convenience. Positioned along the shoreline, the area is known for its pristine sands, scenic walking paths, and a large beachfront playground just moments away.



At ground level, stylish cafés, wellness studios, and the popular Bocca Italian restaurant sit beneath the complex, making it easy to step out for coffee or an evening meal. Whether you’re strolling the beach, enjoying local dining, or exploring the coastal pathways, Bokarina brings together relaxed seaside living and contemporary convenience.



Just steps from Bokarina Beach, cafés and dining below the building, coastal walkways, parks and playgrounds, with the Sunshine Coast University Hospital and Birtinya Shopping Centre only minutes away.



Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately a 5 minute walk to Nicklin Way where the bus can be caught northbound and southbound.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to the apartment will only be provided after the completion of our form.
