The Space:
Located only a few minutes walk to the pristine patrolled beach and chic Sunshine beach village. This stunning modern home flows over 3 levels with a beautiful roof top deck, dining area with sea views and stunning master ensuite. The property is fully air conditioned apart from the 3rd bedroom. If the A/C is on with the external doors and windows closed this will suffice to cool the home.

The Neighborhood:
We are located on Bryan Street in beautiful Sunshine Beach. We are less than a minute walk to the heart of the Village where you will find funky cafes, bars and restaurants. The pristine patrolled (all year round) beach is just across the road and right beside the newly renovated Sunshine Beach Surf Club. World famous Hastings Street and main beach are located a 5 minute journey away and Noosaville is only a 7 minute drive away. Should you be flying into the Sunshine Coast airport you can take the scenic route along the coast for stunning ocean views (approx 40 minutes drive). We are a 1.5 hours from Brisbane airport (traffic dependant).
Getting Around:
You can easily walk to the patrolled beach, corner store, cafes, bars and chic restaurants in Sunshine Beach. Should you wish to go further a field there are plenty of Ubers and taxis, or if you wish to hire bikes or scooters you can do so from many local businesses.
