The Space:

As you enter on the ground floor and head upstairs to level 1, you’re welcomed by a modern open-plan layout. The stylish kitchen sits at the centre, with the living area on one side and a sitting area on the other. Sliding glass doors open to a covered deck framed by tropical plants, featuring a dining setting for four and steps down to a charming, small backyard, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.



Inside, the living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV and air-conditioning to keep this level comfortable year-round. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster. The adjacent dining and sitting areas are beautifully styled with a dining setting for six. Also on this level is the laundry and a separate toilet, complete with a front-loading washing machine and sink. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms.



Bedroom 1 (Primary): A spacious retreat with a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and sliding doors opening to a quaint balcony with sea glimpses.



Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Vanity, shower and toilet.



Bedroom 2: A coastal-chic room with ocean glimpses, a queen bed, air-conditioning, a wardrobe cupboard, a ceiling fan and sliding doors to the shared balcony with the primary bedroom.



Bedroom 3: A sweet coastal room ideal for children, featuring two king single beds, air-conditioning, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan.



Bathroom 2: Shower, bath, vanity and toilet.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire three-storey townhouse, double garage and private patios. There is also free street parking available.



The Neighborhood:

Leave the car in the garage and explore the area on foot! The beach is just a 4-minute stroll away (250m), and the townhouse sits only a few hundred metres from scenic coastal walking tracks, playgrounds, and local coffee spots. Moffat Beach and its lively main street, filled with cafes, restaurants, and a large playground, is 750m away (about 10 minutes on foot). Kings Beach, a patrolled beach with a surf club, oceanfront pool, cafes, and another playground, is only 1.1km from your door.

- Caloundra main street is a 5-minute drive

- Maroochydore Airport is a 30-minute drive

- Brisbane airport and CBD are a 60-90 minute drive

- Australia Zoo is a 30-minute drive

- Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 20-minute drive

- The large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 15-minute drive

- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 25-minute drive

A 30-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, or 50 minutes to Noosa National Park; the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!



Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately 500m to Edmund Street where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
