Set in a spectacular natural location Tea Trees One apartment is a sought-after holiday destination all year round. A piece of Noosa paradise that is only a few minutesâ walk to world famous Noosa Main Beach and Hastings Street, and a short 100m stroll to stunning Little Cove Beach.
Tea Trees One is a beautiful fully renovated and refurbished two-bedroom, two-bathroom property nestled in Little Cove with a green outlook. Its surrounds are a light, bright, leafy coastal enclave that is close to the world class beaches, restaurants, bars, and shopping of Hastings Street, but far enough away to ensure peace and privacy. It is the best of both worlds, making it ideally suited to family, friends, and small groups.

The second bedroom can either be 2 x singles or 1 x King bed.
With a clever split-level design, the apartment offers two main bedrooms and two main bathrooms, and second living area, allowing guests privacy when needed. The layout makes it ideal for couples, family groups and friends that can enjoy their own bathroom, bedroom and privacy when required. The full refurbishment has captured the timber VJ ceilings, complemented by neutral earth rendered walls, stylish and natural shades and décor. The new renovated apartment has designer appliances and healthy organic finishes.

Offering a spacious kitchen, an open-plan area is cleverly zoned into living and dining spaces, stylishly furnished for guestsâ comfort. The space flows out through large glass sliding doors opening to a balcony that overlooks beautiful gum trees and natural beauty of Noosa, here guests can enjoy ocean glimpses, a BBQ on the deck, a glass of wine with friends or simply relax on the day bed.
The master bedroom is also on this level â hidden behind a designer timber feature wall. The master bedroom has a stylish bathroom and private deck, looking out to the beautiful trees that keep this unit private and exclusive.
Ground Floor
Located on the ground level is another designer master bedroom, bathroom and smaller lounge area.
The bathroom also includes a full laundry with washing machine and dryer.
On this level there is small lounge area with a second TV â perfect to unwind or kids to watch a movie after a day at the beach.
There is another entrance on this level ideal for 2 couples or small families.
This property is perfectly suited to couples or families.
