Inside, youâll find everything you need for a relaxed stay: 3bedrooms, 2bathrooms, AC in the living space & main bedroom, plus plenty of room to stretch out. This Buddina beachfront complex also features heated pools, lift access, lush gardens, & a BBQ area. Buddina is the perfect area to explore on foot with cafes, shops & the local surf club just a short stroll away.
The Space:
Set within a laid-back coastal complex with three pools and direct access to the beach, this spacious and sunlit unit makes seaside living effortless. The open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light, opening out to a generous wraparound deck that looks out over the lush gardens and dunes, perfect for alfresco meals. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, with modern appliances like a dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, and full-size fridge/freezer. Weâve stocked the pantry with tea, coffee, and a few basics to get you started.
All three bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with quality linens for a restful nightâs sleep.
Bedroom 1: Features a queen bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe, and a private ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom 2: Includes a queen bed, ceiling fan and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: The final bedroom is perfect for the kids with two singles, ceiling fan and a wardrobe.
Youâll also have a main bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet. Plus an internal laundry with both a washer and dryer for convenience during longer stays.
Step outside to enjoy shared facilities including a heated pool, BBQ area, and lush, well-kept gardens. With secure parking and lift access, coming and going is a breeze, making this the perfect coastal base for families, couples, or friends.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment on level 1, plus the complex pool and BBQ area. There is space to park one car in the complex secured garage.

For those who love the outdoors, there are numerous walking and cycling paths that wind through the area. Best of all, youâre less than 100 meters from easy access to the stunning beach, where you can swim, surf, or simply enjoy the sun, plus Kawana Surf Club and patrolled beach is only a 700m stroll along the beach or coastal path. Buddina is also well-served with local cafes, shops, and restaurants, where you can enjoy a laid-back breakfast or grab a coffee to go before heading to the beach. If youâre in the mood for a night out, the nearby town of Kawana Waters offers a range of dining options, from casual eateries to fine dining, as well as a cinema and other entertainment.
Getting Around:
1. Car rental (if not travelling with your own vehicle)
Renting a car is the most convenient way to explore Buddina and its surrounding areas. With plenty of parking available, you can easily access local attractions, beaches, and nearby towns at your own pace.
2. Public Transport
Sunbus operates regular bus services throughout Buddina and the Sunshine Coast. The nearest bus stops are within walking distance, providing easy access to Kawana Shoppingworld, Mooloolaba, and other key destinations.

*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand.
