Stunning Ocean-View Apartment with Pool at Drift Complex
This elegant top-floor apartment offers breathtaking ocean views from Coolum Beach to Sunshine Beach. Located in the award-winning Drift complex, itâs opposite Point Perry and just a short walk to Coolumâs Main Beach and First Bay.
Spend your days lounging by the resort pool, exploring Point Perryâs rock pools, or catching waves. As the sun sets, take a stroll along the beachside boardwalk to nearby cafes and restaurants. This apartment is the perfect base to explore the Sunshine Coast, with easy access to Mooloolaba, Maleny, Montville, and Noosaâs iconic Hastings Street.
The apartment features a spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area that flows seamlessly onto a generous covered balcony with panoramic viewsâsheltered so you can enjoy the scenery in any weather.
The modern kitchen includes an island bench with stone countertops, Nespresso coffee machine, induction cooktop, oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher, and full-sized fridge/freezer. The living area features a 52â smart TV, comfortable lounge, and reclining armchair. A full laundry with washing machine and dryer is also provided.
Both bedrooms have balcony access and built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom features a queen bed and a spacious ensuite with shower, toilet, and double vanity.
