Sleek Stylish Family Beach House Near Junction
Summary:
This stylish home is where beach house meets city in this stunning modern property, located in a quiet residential area in Noosa Heads. Easy walk to local shop, gourmet cafes, renowned eateries and local bar. With Noosa Junction nearby and Hastings Street and Noosa main beach located just over the hill. Enjoy a luxurious holiday with all the mod cons, air conditioning and new furnishings throughout. Pool located off the open plan kitchen, dining room and media room for relaxing evenings at home
The Space:
The spacious home flows over two levels with swimming pool and tropical gardens perfect for a relaxing escape. When you arrive at the house you are greeted by a driveway and double garage with internal access into the house. There is a secure locked gate that leads into the front courtyard and you can access the front door from here.
The wide hallway flows into the first of four bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds, fan and is fly screened. The master retreat is also on this level and includes huge bedroom with comfortable king sized bed, huge walk in wardrobe and modern ensuite with large shower. Plush carpet and luxurious linens complete the hotel feel of the suite.
We have now fully air conditioned the house (reverse cycle)
Wooden steps lead to the downstairs of the house where the main living, swimming pool and bedrooms are located. The gourmet kitchen with Miele oven and all mod cons is located on the poolside of the house and overlooks the pool itself.
The dining and living area is also on this level and has folding doors which all lead out to the large wrap around undercover deck. Enjoy alfresco dining on the large dining table and have a delicious meal on the Weber BBQ before a cooling dip in the private pool. Steps lead down to the lush garden below the deck where the kids can run around and play in the sunshine. Two further bedrooms with queen beds are also on the lower level as well as the main bathroom and two powder rooms.
Complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the property.
There is a laundry room with new washing machine and dryer behind the kitchen and cute and cosy kids corner. The relaxed media room is located to the rear of the house and has a huge Smart TV perfect for Netflix and chill evenings, or to keep the kids entertained whilst you enjoy a champagne on the deck We supply white fluffy towels (including beach towels) and hotel grade linen for each guest. There is a Nespresso compatible coffee machine in the kitchen and we supply starter pantry items for your use. Please let us know at any time if you require anything to make your stay more comfortable. The house has been styled by a local Interior Designer and has everything you need for your family beach escape.
THE Fireplace HAS Been Decommissioned

As our guest you have full access to the entire house, swimming pool (not heated), double garage and lush tropical garden.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area of Noosa Heads a few minutes walk from Noosa Junction, including funky cafes, a cinema, and a bottle shop. World-famous Hastings Street and Main Beach are just over Noosa Hill.
Getting Around:
We provide two secure car garage spaces for your car. If you do not wish to bring your car you can easily walk to Noosa Junction. Uber is widely used in the area and the local bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk away. There is also a local taxi service or you can hire bikes or scooters if preferred.
Free bus service during peak period dates over Easter and Christmas.
Other Things to Note:
Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions:
Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team.
Noosa Council has recommended the use of outdoor areas be limited to reasonable hours to not impact on adjoining resident’s sleep and enjoyment of their homes. Limiting the hours of use of outdoor areas such as decks and balconies to generally no later than 9pm, particularly on weekdays, is advisable. Guests should then move inside and turn off outside music and outdoor lights.
Please do not park on front of our neighbours houses. There is a vacant plot of land a couple of doors down and also a car park behind the house should you need it.
Bath - we do not have a bath (2 x showers) however we do have a baby bath for your use.
For your stay we provide a starter pack of basic condiments. Linens and towels including beach towels are provided for the amount of guests staying.
If you require additional linen, towels, or cleaning services during your stay, please contact us before you check in, and these can be provided at an extra cost.
Our gardener Steve may attend to the gardens depending on your booking dates. He won’t need to access the house and won’t be in your way.
Our pool technician attends to the pool every second Thursday.
Air Conditioning - We have now fully air conditioned the house (reverse cycle). Please ensure the Air Conditioning temperature is kept at 23 or over at all times. If they are left on constantly at a low temperature they will cease working and will need to be reset by a technician.
Fireplace - as there is reverse cycle air conditioning the fireplace has been decommissioned.
For bookings for 10 days or more we can organise a mid stay clean and linen change. Please let us know prior to your arrival (please note this will be at a cost to the you as the guest).
We also have a second beer fridge in the garage.
Please Note: The swimming pool is elevated therefore is raised from the garden below it. Please ensure you supervise children at all times whilst in the swimming pool and ensure no guests sits or stands on the ledge on the garden side of the pool.
The pool is not heated. As we have all year round gorgeous weather the majority of swimming pools in Queensland are not heated. The National Aquatic Centre is a 5 minute drive away where you can find an undercover heated childrens swimming pool, cafe and outdoor 25m and 50m swimming pools.
(Average winter temps are between 20 - 25 degrees during the day).
Noosa is built on a sand dune and we are surrounded by National Park. Due to our beautiful warm climate we do have to share our Noosa home with ants and insects. It is very hard to eradicate them completely but you can take steps to ensure they are kept to a minimum. Please do not leave food and sugary items out at any time. Ants do tend to come inside more when the weather is very dry or if heavy rain is coming.
Once you have booked via Airbnb your payment information is private between you as the guest and Airbnb. We are unable to advise you when your balance is due or change your payment information. Your details and payment information will be available to you in your confirmed booking itinerary or you will need to contact Airbnb directly
