This lovely warm and welcoming waterfront unit is located directly opposite Golden Beach and within walking distance to everything you could need.

Located on the 1st floor with minimal stairs, gorgeous water views over the the Pumicestone Passage along with the Shipping Lanes in the distance

There are two bedrooms with a Queen and 2 Singles (or the singles can be joined together to make it a double) and one bathroom with a separate toilet.

Enjoy relaxing sea breezes and a northerly aspect encompassing the winter sun

There is a self contained kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Please be aware that there is no dishwasher. Ceiling fans throughout and Wifi. There is also a port-o-cot and baby chair which can be sat on the dining table.

The location means you can walk to just about everything you need - the local Golden Beach shops where there are some lovely cafes, an IGA and bakery, or take a stroll around to Bulcock Beach along the pretty coastal pathway

Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Booking Terms
Prices vary according to the season and length of stay, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Further note that Wi-Fi is not included unless stated in the property details above.

Parking
No secure parking. There are a few visitor parking spots that can be used, otherwise if these are full then there is parking available on the street surrounding the building.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
