The Space:

Beautiful spacious home located in the best location in Sunshine Beach. Easy walk to pristine patrolled beach, eclectic Village and newly renovated Surf Club. The property has its own private front door entrance and private courtyard.



The entry (mid) level of the property comprises of the three bedrooms (which are air conditioned) and main bathroom.



The lower level has a large open plan living area (new furniture has been ordered) which flows onto the private courtyard with alfresco dining table and sun umbrella. The laundry room and single car garage are also on this level.



The upper area comprises of stunning open plan living and kitchen area which flows onto a huge undercover balcony. Sparkling ocean views can be seen from all of this level. We are currently purchasing new dining furnishings and art for this property. Well stocked kitchen including Nespresso compatible coffee machine are for your use.

The Neighborhood:

We are located on Crank Street in Sunshine Beach which is the best location in Sunshine Beach. We are directly beside the pristine patrolled (all year round) beach, fabulous Surf Club and eclectic Village. Main Beach and Hastings Street are a 5 minute drive away and Noosaville is a 7 minute drive away. A convenient 30 minute drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport.



Getting Around:

We are centrally located in Sunshine Beach so you can walk to the beach and village in one minute. Should you wish to go further afield everything in Noosa is within close proximity to each other and within a 5 minute drive. You can hire scooters, bikes or a car to use for groceries etc. Alternatively Uber is very popular in the area and there is also a local taxi service.



Other Things to Note:

Not suitable for all adult groups. The bunk beds are suitable for children under 12 only. Please ensure you have read the code of conduct for Noosa Council.
