The Space:

Set within a secure, well maintained resort style complex, this bright and contemporary apartment provides a welcoming coastal retreat. Easy lift access leads you into an open plan living, kitchen, and dining area designed for comfort and relaxation. The lounge features a comfortable sofa, Smart TV with Netflix, and air conditioning, creating a cosy space to unwind after a day at the beach.



The living area opens onto a private balcony where guests can enjoy ocean breezes, alfresco meals, and scenic views across the coastline and surrounding mountains. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances including an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, along with pantry essentials such as tea, coffee, oil, salt, and pepper to make settling in effortless.



The apartment offers flexible sleeping arrangements across two well appointed bedrooms, along with an optional sofa bed in the living area. A modern bathroom and additional ensuite provide convenience and privacy for couples, families, or friends travelling together. Bedroom 1 (Main Bedroom): A peaceful master retreat featuring a king bed, air conditioning, wardrobe storage, and private ensuite bathroom.



Bedroom 2: A comfortable and versatile bedroom furnished with two king single beds, air conditioning, and wardrobe space.



Living Area Sleeping Option: A double sofa bed is available in the living room on request.



Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): The ensuite to the master bedroom includes a shower, vanity, and toilet.



Bathroom 2: The main bathroom features a shower, vanity, and toilet, conveniently located for guests and the second bedroom.



Laundry: A washing machine and dryer are located within the apartment for guest use.



Shared facilities: Guests can enjoy full access to the resort style amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, steam room, and BBQ areas, perfect for relaxing or socialising during your stay. Two secure underground car spaces are included, and fast Wi Fi is available throughout the apartment.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire apartment, along with use of the shared resort facilities, including the pool, gym, steam room, and BBQs. A lift is available for easy access to the apartment.

Whether you're here to unwind on the beach or explore the Sunshine Coast's attractions, Bokarina's laid-back charm makes it a perfect destination.



Getting Around:

Bokarina is easily walkable, with beach access, parks, and local amenities just a short stroll away. For longer trips, public transport options like buses connect you to nearby suburbs and attractions. The Sunshine Motorway and Nicklin Way are close by, offering quick access to destinations across the Sunshine Coast. Maroochydore Airport is approximately 25 minutes away and Brisbane Airport 1hr 30 mins.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
