The beautiful house has driveway parking for 2 cars.

The house is open, airy, clean, charming, and tastefully decorated throughout.

The house has a beautiful large backyard, perfect for family fun, as well as outdoor seating on the patio for enjoying nights in the cooling sea breeze.

The kitchen has all accessories, including fridge, oven, cook top, microwave, pans, crockery, cooking implements and cutlery.

The living areas of the property are fully air conditioned. All of the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, the aircon does have the ability to cool down the bedrooms as well.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service. We also provide beach towels for you to use.

This truly is a property with the perfect location for you to relax, unwind, walk, stroll, to the kilometres of unspoiled beach only roof tops away. Due to the close proximity to the beach, some traffic noise may be heard in peak times.

From the house it is:
- Directly across the road to the km's of stunning beach

- 10min walk / 2min drive to fresh fruit and veg, butcher and bakery

- 5 minute drive to Kawana Shopping Centre, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, shops

- 10-12 minute drive to Mooloolaba

- 10-15 minute drive to Caloundra

- 35 minute drive to Noosa

- 10 minute walk to Kawana Hotel / Dan Murphys

- 5 km drive to Point Cartwright Lighthouse

We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful beachfront house and the well being of our neighbours. The property has a noise monitoring device. This high tech device does not record conversations, only the volume of sounds. Located on back verandah If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, comfortable beach house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.
