Upon entering this contemporary apartment, you're immediately drawn to the breathtaking views of Pumicestone Passage and Golden Beach. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space seamlessly integrate with the balcony, providing an ideal setting to savour the scenery and ocean breezes. Complete with a plush chaise sofa and smart TV, the living area ensures both comfort and relaxation. The modern kitchen is furnished with all essential appliances for convenient home-cooked meals, complemented by a nearby dining table for six. Experience alfresco dining on the expansive balcony, which features another dining table for six and stunning views. This room is perfect for the kids and is furnished with two single bunk beds, an AC unit and a wardrobe space (please note the bunks are suitable for children only).

The combined powder room and laundry is equipped with a front-load washing machine and dryer, alongside a toilet and vanity for added convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as access to the complex pool. There is space to park one car in the secure underground garage. There is also free street parking available.

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 7-minute walk (500m) to Bowman Road where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This apartment is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
