Absolute waterfront apartment! This ground floor two bedroom, two bathroom apartment offers instant tranquillity from the moment you walk in the door. Situated in the heart of Maroochydore, you will be close to an abundance of quirky cafes, restaurants and the Sunshine Plaza. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, SMART TV, and patio w/BBQ overlooking a large grassed area & the River. Sit out & fish on the jetty, soak up the sunshine in your own quiet oasis. Ideal for families, couples or friends getting away.

The Space:
This generously sized apartment features an open living area with complimentary Wi-Fi and a flat-screen SMART TV, offering access to popular streaming apps such as Netflix. Conveniently situated on the ground floor with step-free access and a private lock-up garage for your convenience. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for culinary enthusiasts.
The patio, complete with outdoor dining and a BBQ, creates an inviting space to savor your morning coffee or evening meal while taking in the scenic views of the river and more. Additionally, you can relax by fishing on the jetty or basking in your peaceful oasis. This holiday home is an ideal retreat for families, couples, or friends seeking a memorable getaway.

The master bedroom has a plush queen bed for you to melt away in, as well as an ensuite and a private outdoor area to offer a little parents retreat.

The second bedroom has a double bed as well as a single bed.

The second bathroom has a dual-head shower (overhead and handheld), toilet and vanity.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer is also conveniently located in the unit.

The apartment is also equipped with a porta cot and high chair to make it a little easier on travelling families.

This property has one car parking space with its own private lock-up garage (unfortunately this is not suitable for large vehicles). Please note visitor parking is available however it is limited. There is also street parking available but please note this is timed and limited.

Guest Access:
You will have complete access to the apartment, private patio, outside grassed area which is shared and lockup garage.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the Maroochydore River in a quiet residential block. You are a few minutes walk to Ocean Street dining precinct, 15 min walk to cotton tree beach, 10 minute walk to sunshine plaza and a short drive to Mooloolaba.

Getting Around:
There is a great bus service right nearby which will take you all over the coast however most travelling with cars will find this unit easy to navigate the coast from.

Other Things to Note:
*The lock-up garage is available for your use however it has low clearance so may not fit all 4WD type vehicles (It's 2010mm high and 2400mm wide).

*Please note the visitor parking spots are not available for overnight guest use, these spots are for visitors only. Please park in the garage.

*There is a jetty which you may use during the day to tether your boat. Please keep in mind this is a shared jetty and boats cannot be tied here overnight.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding

The property and location was lovely. We did however have a lot of problems, first finding the place, we did not realise it was down a driveway which is not well marked. The next issue was that it was dark and the auto-light in the passageway only lasted 20 seconds. The next hurdle was opening the locked key box. We are small women so reaching the dial was difficult, compounded with the fact we were beneath it so could not clearly see the dials. Shining a phone torch didn't help, as the dials shone and no numbers were visible. Moving the key box down to the L/H wall would be a suggestion. Extending the length of time the passage light shine would also be a help.

Amazing property

Beautifully maintained property that has everything that you need already supplied. Lovely setting on the river and with a great pier if you are into fishing. Located close to shops, cafe in Sip, and Tavern. Being back from the main road it is very quiet and peaceful there.

Great Holiday on the water

Great location and lovely unit that has been well maintained. Only suggestion would be to either provide a gas BBQ or else provide heat beads etc as we went to cook dinner and realised the Weber needed them. Great steaks though once we got organised!

WOW!!! 😃💚

"WOW!!! 😃💚" was what I said when I first opened the door to our unit. My husband and I have stayed in many units/apartments/houses over the years and this one is definitely THE BEST! The photos are beautiful, yet seeing the unit in person is a definite wow factor. The floor plan, decor, view, location etc was perfect. Our communication with the hosts was prompt and very detailed. Thank you for a wonderful place for us to stay...we WILL be back!!
