Master Suite:
The master suite is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a luxurious king bed adorned with hotel-quality linens. A beautifully presented ensuite comes with boutique toiletries and a spacious walk-in robe. Large sliding doors lead directly to the deck, providing an inviting indoor-outdoor flow.

Second Bedroom:
The second bedroom offers flexibility with two single beds that can be converted into a king bed. It’s designed for versatility and comfort, ensuring guests have a restful night’s sleep.

Third Bedroom:
The third bedroom includes a cozy double bed, perfect for additional family members or friends. Like the other rooms, it is equipped with hotel-quality linens for a luxurious sleeping experience.

Main Bathroom:
Situated between the second and third bedrooms, the main bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and large mirrored vanity, providing convenience and comfort for guests.

Amenities:
The open-plan living area, featuring large sliding doors, flows seamlessly to a private balcony with a BBQ, outdoor dining table, and settee. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, and Lavazza pod coffee machine. Relax on the large sofa in the living room while enjoying the wall-mounted TV and free Wi-Fi. A laundry room with a washer, dryer, and a small balcony with a clothesline is located off the kitchen. Ducted air conditioning and heating provide comfort year-round. Guests can enjoy a shared outdoor pool and shower, as well as one undercover parking spot.

Please answer the pre-booking message truthfully at the time of booking. This is to help us get to know you to ensure the space suits your needs. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

We do allow small dogs under 10kg. Pets are to be kept off all furniture, please. Pets must be declared as a guest as an extra cleaning fee will be added to your total reservation amount after booking.

We have a strict no-party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home, or neighbours. Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.

Please leave the home neat and tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.

If smoking occurs on the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorized.

Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests.
