The Unit- This beautiful apartment split over 3 levels features three spacious bedrooms, stunning and well-equipped kitchen, large size sunny balcony with gas BBQ, outdoor dining and sun lounge. This apartment lives up to its prestigious Little Cove Road address with a fantastic outlook to Laguna Bay -great place to relax with a lovely tropical inground pool. It offers free internet access with big screen Plasma TV and DVD player, an entertainment system is perfect for nights when you want to stay in. The kitchen is fully equipped with top brand appliances: dishwasher, electric cook-top, range-hood, under bench oven & microwave.

You will find the single bedrooms and family bathroom on level 1 . Level 2 has the living area and outdoor living, whilst level 3 is the master bedroom. The master bedroom has King size bed, bedside table, lamp, and ceiling fan, built-in robes ensuite which includes a double shower. Also, it has its own private furnished balcony. The bedroom two and three has 2 single beds, ceiling and pedestal fans. The family bathroom has a shower over a full bath.

In the rear bedroom the two singles can be joined together to make a King bed - if required it Must be requested at time of making the booking.

Other features of this unit are a full laundry facility with washing machine and clothes dryer.
Undercover parking is available to use for one car. There is two small sets of stairs up to the apartment once inside the complex, and then stairs inside this apartment, there is no complex lift.


Important: This property is strictly a non-smoking environment and prohibits weddings, functions, parties or schoolies - If this policy is breached you will face immediate eviction and all funds paid will be forfeited.


Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.
