Aloha! This beachside holiday unit at Dicky Beach is just a 100m walk to the beautiful patrolled beach. The fully contained upstairs unit features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeping 8 guests & boasts amazing high ceilings with a coastal Hawaiian vibe throughout. Enjoy ducted AC for the ultimate comfort in summer. The downstairs unit can be booked separately or together with the upstairs, offering flexibility. Please note the garage & laundry facilities are shared with the downstairs unit.
The Space:
Welcome to iluna at Dicky Beach, where the entire top floor of the home is yours to enjoy. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by the dining room, kitchen, stunning high ceilings, and a patio area with bi-fold glass doors and louvres that welcome the refreshing sea breezes. Plus, there's the added comfort of ducted air-conditioning throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need for cooking away from home. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table that seats eight, with another table and outdoor lounges in the patio area for alfresco dining. At the back of the home, you’ll find the beautifully styled master bedroom and bedroom two. Towards the front, the open-plan living room features a plush chaise sofa and a smart TV. The final two bedrooms are located behind the living room, along with the main bathroom. There is one parking spot in the garage for the upstairs, please note the garage, laundry and entry way is shared with the downstairs unit.
Master Bedroom - Relax in the lovely master bedroom with an ensuite, this space features a comfortable king bed, wardrobe, ducted air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
Master Ensuite - The ensuite complete with a shower, bathtub, vanity, and toilet.
Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom is located across from the master and features a queen bed, a wardrobe, ceiling fan, and ducted air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 - Situated at the front of the home, this bedroom is perfect for the kids with two single beds, plus a wardrobe, ceiling fan, and ducted air conditioning for utmost comfort.
Bedroom 4 - The final bedroom is positioned across from bedroom 3 and also includes two single beds, wardrobe cupboards, ducted AC and a ceiling fan.
Bathroom 2 - The main bathroom is adjacent to bedroom 3 & 4 and is complete with a shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.
Laundry - The laundry is shared with the downstairs unit B and is located in the garage with a front loader washing machine and dryer.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire second level of the home, plus half of the double garage. Please note the garage, laundry and entry way is shared with the downstairs unit B. There is also plenty of free on-street parking available.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the quiet beachside suburb of Dicky Beach and is positioned only a short 100m walk to the beautiful sands and patrolled beach. The area is perfectly positioned with access to boat ramps, local parks, skate parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks. A short drive will take you to an array of coastal areas in Caloundra with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutiques to enjoy.

There are local bus services that operate close by should you need it, the home is approximately a 400m minute walk to Cooroy St where bus services operate to Kawana/Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
