This fabulous beach side abode is modelled in a contemporary beach style, designed to take advantage of cooling sea breezes and to provide itâs occupants with a bright and airy coastal feel.
Split over three levels, giving a wonderful sense of spaciousness and taking advantage of the position and outlook. On the entry level the laundry and bathroom are easily accessed allowing you to freshen up upon your return from the beach, which is an easy two minute stroll from your front door.
Up the stairs you will arrive into the hub of the home, sprawled before you with beachy timber floors and an open plan area encompassing the kitchen, dining and lounge room. Enjoy some outdoor entertaining on the undercover timber deck with a BBQ and where you will capture some fresh breezes and the buzz of vibrant restaurant strip just across the road.
The top floor houses all three bedrooms and a central bathroom with full size bathtub. Off the master bedroom is a private balcony which enjoys a generous ocean glimpse.
