Location location! This gorgeous, freshly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Noosa home sleeps up to 6. With a private pool, garden & walking distance to Noosa's best attractions this home ticks all the boxes. With a separate unit downstairs, travel with friends or family (take the grandparents!) while enjoying your own space. Walk to a great selection of restaurants, there is no need for a car. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, BBQ, Netflix & WiFi!
The Space:
Smile and wave at the cars stuck in traffic on Noosa Parade heading into Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace. This prestigious home is close to both so you'll be on foot or on a bus. No more parking hassles.
This gated, fully air conditioned duplex townhouse has just been renovated in 2023, and consists of two units combined as one. The downstairs unit has one bedroom with a queen sized bed, lounge/living area, bathroom, kitchenette and outdoor area. This space is perfect for grandparents or another couple travelling with you. Leave the front door to the stairs open if you feel like company or completely close it off for your own quiet time.
You will find two bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and balcony and another with two singles. Each bedroom has a new ensuite. The toilet of the twin room is separate and can be accessed from the living space.
Please note: There is a long set of stairs between the two levels and no stair gates are available.
Start the day off with a home made breakfast using the fully equipped kitchen. Sit on the second balcony off the living area overlooking a park or downstairs in the back garden. You can see the swimming pool from the balconies upstairs.
There is plenty of space for kids to play. The large garage can be closed as can the front gate creating a large, enclosed play area. Alternatively, leave the garage open and let the kids run through to the backyard.
This home is 500 metres from Gympie Terrace. Gympie Terrace has a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. You can also hire stand up paddle boards, kayaks and jet skis. It's a lovely spot to go for a walk and have a swim. Perfect for kids to play in the sand and paddle in the water.
Hastings Street (Noosa's main beach) is approximately 1.5km's. Walk along Noosa Parade and watch the sunset over the river as you walk over the bridge. There are also busses (bus stop across the road) that will take you there within a few minutes. Busses in Noosa are free on weekends and during holiday periods.
A note on cleaning: The property is professionally cleaned between bookings. The towels and bed linen are professionally laundered, and consumables like hand wash, bathroom amenities and dishwashing liquid are provided.
