The Space:

Inside, the apartment features an open-plan living area that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and living spaces, creating a welcoming environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a coffee machine & air fryer, making it ideal for preparing meals after a day at the beach. Large windows and glass sliding doors to the courtyard from the living space and both bedrooms allow natural light to flood the space, enhancing the airy, relaxed atmosphere.



Each queen size bedroom is thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable sanctuary for rest. The master suite includes an en-suite bathroom, with shower and toilet, whilst the main bathroom has a spa bath tub, overhead shower and seperate toilet. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.



The real hero is the spacious courtyard with Webber BBQ, day bed and ample outdoor alfresco dining complete with festoon lighting, creating a warm and enchanting atmosphere. Whether you're enjoying a barbecue with friends, sipping cocktails at sunset, or simply relaxing with a good book, this outdoor oasis enhances the charm of beachside living.



Quality hotel bed linen, bath, hand towels, face washers, bath mats, tea towels and bathroom essentials are provided for your convenience. Please bring you own beach towels. All linen is professionally laundered.



Ceiling fans and air conditioning are in the living space and both bedrooms.

You will have the entirety of the property to enjoy and the shared pool!



The Neighborhood:

Marcoola Beach is located just north of Maroochy River and south of Coolum. Boasting quiet uncrowded beaches and a laid back atmosphere.



The markets held every Friday evening from 4 - 8pm offer an array of street food stalls, music and good times. They also hold a local farmers market on Saturday from 8am - 12pm.



Marcoola Surf life saving club is directly across the road from the apartment.



Great coffee shops and food all within easy walking distance.



Mount Coolum National Park is a 5 min drive. The walk to the top of the mountain is 800 metres long. Depending on how fast you travel it should take no longer than one hour to reach the top and return to the bottom. Once at the top the 360 degree view over the Sunshine Coast is simply stunning!

-SC Airport is a 7 minute drive.

We strictly do not accept school leavers or similar parties.
