This beautiful recently renovated coastal home is laid out over three spacious levels. There is a single car port on front of the unit where you can park with additional on street parking. The property has its own front door and porch and as you walk into the entry level you are greeted with beautiful coastal art work in the hallway. The entry level (ground) comprises of master bedroom and second area with a queen bed. The laundry facilities are also on this level. The lower level of the home has a large family bedroom with queen and singles beds. This room has an ensuite bathroom and access to the beautiful large pool. The upper level of the home comprises of a light breezy open plan living area and kitchen with new furnishings and modern kitchen with all amenities. A large balcony flows from the living area to a spacious balcony with Weber BBQ and alfresco dining. A set of winding stairs leads up to a roof top terrace with stunning ocean views, cooling breezes and outdoor alfresco area.



There is plenty of room for all the family to enjoy a special Noosa stay. Easy walk to patrolled beach, renovated surf club and eclectic Sunshine Village with fabulous corner store, bars and restaurants. And only minutes drive to main beach and world famous Hastings Street.

As our guest you have access to the entire property, off street parking, roof top balcony with stunning ocean views and shared pool.



The Neighborhood:

The property lovingly known as 'Brigittes Place' is located on Stevens Street in Sunshine Beach. Stevens Street is a quiet near beachfront street in a leafy area of Noosa. You can walk to the patrolled beach in minutes or enjoy a cocktail in the nearly removed Surf Club with stunning views over the beach. 5 minute drive to world famous Hastings Street and main beach. 30 minute drive from Sunshine Coast Airport.



Getting Around:

Walking distance to the beach, sunshine beach surf club, shops and restaurants.

Not suitable for all adult groups due to the size and location of the property. Please ensure you comply with the Noosa Council code of conduct.



There is no garage as per the photo of the front of the property. There is a single car space on front of the property with additional complimentary on street parking.
