Please Note: There are Landslip Repair works on David Low Way at First Bay set to take place until March 2026 directly opposite and some days with noisy machinery - the works include repairing 145-metres of public footpath on the eastern side of David Low Way at First Bay, Coolum, and stabilising the cliff face above the beach. The beach will be open. Further information at Sunshine Coast Council website.

Panoramic oceanfront views, salty sea breeze and smashing sunrises are the focus of this fantastic holiday home with 3 levels of balconies, each showcasing an unbeatable outlook over the sparkling blue waters.

Set on the leafy clifftop overlooking beautiful First Bay, this modern apartment has a great bright and breezy flair. Pack the surfboards and beach bag, because your getaway here at Coolum's surfside is all about laidback fun in the sun.

Living and Entertainement Spaces:
The villa is set over 4 levels, with 2 street access. The garage is on the ground level at the front of the building and the courtyard is on level 1 with the living area, with access to the street at the back. There are standout ocean view balconies off the living room, master bedroom and from the rooftop deck.

The main living space is on level 1. It is cosy, relaxed and very cool. The open plan living space has air con, plush lounges, a 75-inch Smart TV, an 8-seater dining table and a fully equipped, stylish kitchen featuring a dishwasher, oven, cooktop and double door fridge/freezer. Wifi is also included. A full wall of glass leads out onto the balcony with breakfast table and chairs, where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean while listening to waves rippling onto the shore. The phenomenal views stretch all the way up the coastline with the endless ocean fading out into the horizon.

On level 2, you'll find the 3 bedrooms, one with a balcony, and 2 bathrooms.

Upstairs on the top level, is the rooftop balcony with outdoor dining setting and sun lounge - bring up a cool, refreshing drink and soak up those delicious sunny views.

The ground level has the internal laundry and single garage. A doggy door is on the living level with access to the fully fenced courtyard where your dog can enjoy some sun too.

There is also a community swimming pool, shared with other guests in the complex of only 6 apartments.

The apartment comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan, plus 2 bathrooms and a powder room.

Property was clean, except for the floors. They were grubby.The parking was difficult to manoeuvre due to the small driveway and low walls which were hard to detect when parking in the garage.Great views but with the road works happening across the road was very noisey from 7am each day, even on Saturday. The earthworks vibrated the apartment.Overall a pleasant stay.

We recently stayed at this apartment and were blown away by the location—absolutely stunning. The views were spectacular, and waking up to the sunrise from the comfort of the bed was truly special. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by significant construction work taking place directly across the road. The noise started as early as 7am each morning and was quite disruptive, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the peaceful beachside escape we were hoping for—especially given the premium price of the accommodation.While we understand that some things are outside the owner’s control, it would have been helpful to be made aware of the extent of construction ahead of time. It’s such a beautiful spot, and we would love to return—hopefully under quieter circumstances.

We had a beautiful stay here. The property is sensational. Clean beautifully decorated homely and amazing views. You could hear the waves at night ( we left the windows open ). Great place for families as welll. Absolutely everything you need for a great beach holiday. Highly recommend

Coolum short stay

The property is fantastic and I would stay there again. Checking in was unnecessarily complicated. I had to send a photo of my driver's license and my credit card. This is the card that had been used to pay for the booking. Because the photos were not clear enough they had to be re-sent. The booking did not indicate a unit number and on check-in I was told there was not a unit number. I said there are six units - which one is it? Once I was in it was fantastic.

A very well appointed apartment

We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and quality of furnishings throughout. Beach towels were a helpful extra touch. Road is a little noisy during the day but the ocean view is fabulous. A short walk to Coolum village. But beware of the check in! You will be sent through to an offshore call centre, wait a long time, and speak to people who know nothing about the property and have poor English.
