This beachfront apartment has spectacular views of the Ocean, Mooloolaba Rivermouth and Marina. It's perfectly positioned for beach days, water sports, walks or jogs along the boardwalk, dining & exploring.
Enjoy stylish, low-maintenance décor capturing Mediterranean & Palm Spring vibes . All rooms have ocean views so you can check the surf or whale watch from the comfort of your bed or couch.
Kick back on the deck with a BBQ & enjoy sea breezes with panoramic views from Mooloolaba to Noosa.
The space
Upon entering Evia, you're greeted with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. The lounge space is light filled and features designer pieces and curated spaces (from Boucle furniture to commissioned local art) to make your stay all that more enjoyable. That said, the view is by far the standout feature of Evia. Spot dolphins, turtles or whales or check the waves from the sofa or your bedroom.
3 bedrooms - a rare find in coastal beach-front apartments - with King bed, Queen bed and twin singles. Each room has aircon, its own Samsung Smart TV (with Netflix), built-in robes and ceiling fans.
If you want to get out and about, you're close to the beach, cafes, walking and exercise paths - not to mention some amazing restaurants (like our favourites, Bocca Italian or Bekko Teppanyaki!). If you want to stay in, there are plenty of Uber Eats options that deliver from near-by. It's a 2-minute drive (or 20 minute walk) to Kawana Shopping Centre with heaps more restaurants, plus movie cinemas and all the fashion/homewares & supermarkets you could need.
The apartment itself is low maintenance for a worry-free stay. Great for couples, families or individuals, Evia won't disappoint.

Evia is located in the boutique Point Cartwright Apartment block on the top (3rd) level. The block was built in the 1980's and designed by a prominent local architect taking inspirations from the Mediterranean coast. A classic and original coastal block, it has recently had its doors and windows replaced plus shutters added throughout. Passcode entry at all external doors for security.
There are 39 stairs to the 3rd level (no lift), so it's not recommended for elderly people or those with mobility challenges. That said, we've had guests in their 70s have no issues with using these stairs, but it is something to be mindful of.

Please note the home is located in a residential area and out of respect for our neighbours, parties and events are strictly prohibited.
