Located directly across the road from Happy Valley & Bulcock Beach, the Araluen complex is located in a prime waterfront position!
Only a minutes walk to the 'The Boardwalk' which takes you around to Kings Beach, perfect for swimmers and surfers alike, or entertain the kids at one of the lovely parks along the way.
Araluen is also close by to many of Caloundra's cafes and restaurants plus an array of shops - so you can happily leave the car in the garage!
Other features include front and back balconies, ensuite, dishwasher, TV & DVD player, washing machine, dryer, lift access and fans throughout. The Araluen complex also has a pool, sauna and tennis court.
Unit 14 will sleep 4 people plus there is an extra sofa bed in the 3rd bedroom suitable for a child. There is a double lock up garage which is perfect for a car and a boat.
Note that Wi-Fi is not included unless stated in the property details above.
Further note, please be aware that this building does not accommodate for electric vehicles, E-scooters and E-bikes.

Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Please note that Araluen does not have an onsite manager. Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Please put in your proposed dates and the website will instantly give you the tariff. Charging of electric vehicles (cars, e-scooters and e-bikes) is not permitted at Araluen.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
