Unfortunately upon arrival the upstairs neighbor was very loud with tv and was heavily walking. Until we had a conversation and asked him to be respectful of our time did he accommodate. Was a bad start to a wonderful visit

Great Vacation Rental for Family

Yvonne was very accommodating from the moment i sent an inquiry, up until check out. The check in process and checkout process was very easy. The property was in a perfect locatjon. Only 5 min from the beach and other shops. Definitely will be back and definitely recommend!

I booked this trip for my aunt who is 83 with terminal cancer. When we arrived at the unit at 7pm I put in our code and walked into a couple staying in the unit I rented. I called the owner and we established that the couple belonged in the unit upstairs but was able to access the unit I rented because the door was left unlocked by the cleaners..got them moved upstairs etc and then had to leave and wait on it to be cleaned. We were finally able to go in at 10pm. The owner did send me 100 for dinner and it was appreciated but it was a total nightmare with elderly and kids. Also would like to add for anyone hoping to access the pools they’re currently under construction which was not included in the property details and when they are open you have to pay to purchase pool passes per day, this was also not included in the property details.

Great Place!

The condo was just as listed. It is stocked with everything you would need. My only complaint is that it can be loud when renters are next door. We did have issues with the keyless lock battery dying, but Yvonne was prompt with help, especially it being late at night. She was kind enough to reimburse us for the inconvenience. We love Sea Trail and that this condo was pet friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Time!

The property was beautiful, well appointed and fun to stay there. We had stayed in this area last year and were able to use the pool. Which we were counting on. It was closed for repairs and there was no other option. We were somewhat disappointed that we did not know that before. Otherwise, great stay!

A hidden Gem?

We had planned an all-girls getaway to be near the beach (Sunset Beach) this place was a perfect spot for everything needed. Close to the beach, shopping, and gas, plus a short drive ( 40 minutes) to Myrtle Beach. Located in a beautiful location that is quiet and peaceful. We did have a noisy upstairs renter ( I'm not sure ) for 2 days of our stay at night, a bit rude and annoying but didn’t destroy our vacation. The place was clean and had what you needed to cook, plus a grill ( charcoal) out of the nice screened-in porch. The bedrooms were comfortable and each had their bathroom. We did have a coat rack fall off the wall when tried to put the jacket up in the master bedroom, no biggie, just needs better anchors. Our host Yvonne was gracious and answered any questions timely. I would recommend staying and experiencing the beautiful surroundings. Thank you Yvonne for a wonderful stay. The Saunders and Campbells

Had a good time, good place to stay

The place was clean and there were plenty of amenities. It sleeps 8 if you don't mind sharing beds, though the beds aren't huge (we didn't expect them to be.) They did tell us that there was no toilet paper or paper towels, or shampoo or soap. ALL of those things were there when we got there, so not sure what that was about. I would recommend this place.

Beautiful Place to getaway for a beach trip

My family was amazed at how clean and how beautiful the stay was. Property manager called me due to a question and was very quick and responsive. Will definitely book again, when we make another trip down. Reasonable pricing for such a beautiful place. Thank you again!
