When we arrived, the cleaning crew was just entering the house so we were not able to get in at the promised 4 o'clock time. The house was nice and itself, but the appliances did not work such as the dishwasher, stove and dryer. The pool needs a good cleaning, It was full of sand. Other than those things, the house is very nice and well equipped.

Pleasant house, large pool, and in a great location near the beach. Would love to return but since we’ve been going during covid, unfortunately prices are now double/almost triple compared to 2020. Family of 10 adults and 2 children, had plenty of space for all of us. My only issue was the communication with Vacasa, I would prefer to rent directly with an owner but a very minor issue.

Home away from home!

This is our second year renting this beautiful home. The new property management is great! Definitely can tell a difference. The house was very well cleaned and stocked with bath cloths, towels, and toilet tissue this year. The only issue we had was all three outside trash bins were all full and we had no where to dispose trash. A representative from Vacasa informed us to leave trash in the house and the cleaners would remove. We did pull cans to the road so the next renters wouldn’t run into the same issue. Other than that, we all enjoyed our stay
age ranging 6-84 years of age. We rent golf carts each year from A-Jax golf cart rentals and cruise the streets sight seeing and visiting the beach, park, and local shops (Drift Coffee is great). The best part was enjoying the comfort of the home
.relaxing in one of the living rooms watching a movie with the family and also enjoying the outside amenities. We hope to be back next year!

Great location and plenty of room for 10+.

We had an awesome time at Ocean Isle Beach! The house was roomy enough to accommodate 5+ couples. The pool is nice with a great pool bar, outdoor tv, and beer fridge in the garage. The elevator is handy for carrying luggage and groceries up to the top floor. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances, dishes and utensils you could possibly need. You can easily access the beach just a couple blocks from the house. There are beach chairs, floats, toys, and wagon for the beach in the garage. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and shopping are all within a 5 min drive. We really enjoyed the stay!

Could have been so much more

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It’s a very nice house that is well designed to fit a large group and is in a great location near the beach. The problem is that everything is in need of maintenance and repair - the AC wasn’t working when we arrived, the dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes, the dryer needs to be run multiple times for one load, the ice machine doesn’t work, and the elevator broke. In addition, linens were missing for several beds and the house is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. While we appreciate the effort to rectify some of the issues, frankly we just got tired of calling and decided to focus on enjoying our vacation. Again, this could be a great property with some TLC.

Relaxing getaway

We really loved this place! We always go to Ocean Isle beach and this house and property is AMAZING. only a few minor things with cleaning (ceiling fans were not cleaned, dishwasher is having trouble getting dishes cleaned the first time, and the light fixtures are not cleaned). However these are all minor things that are just not getting attention in weekly cleanings. We did not feel like the place was dirty just could use a little extra on things that get overlooked. The only real issue my husband had was the 10 digit code to get into the house most of our stays are a 3 or maybe 4 digit code. Would definitely stay again!
