Come relax and enjoy at the perfect family lake house right on the water. Black top all the way to the front door. Gently sloped lot with 6 steps off the deck to the dock. Perfect quiet cove with deep water and main channel views. Enjoy meals on the expansive deck and roast marshmallows around the fire pit. Open main living space with high ceilings and abundant natural light. Master bedroom with queen size bed, en suite bathroom, and French doors on to the deck. Custom kids bunk room features floating bunk beds with a pull out trundle. Third bedroom hosts a queen size bed. Second bathroom across from guest rooms with bathtub and shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove and Keurig and traditional coffee machines.

Private dock with swim platform, wet steps and a wet steps high dive as well as a small seating area. Swim mat and two adult kayaks as well as two youth kayaks available for your enjoyment.

House is located on the 30mm. Close proximity to numerous restaurants by land and water including Captain Ron's, Margaritaville, Larry's, Fish and Company, and Papa Chubby's, and The Cave. Woods Grocery Store is also just 5 minutes down the road.

Family Get Away

Our family of 5 were looking for a fun get away to the Ozarks. We have been many times and we loved this cabin. It was clean and had great spaces for us to hang out. We especially loved the dock and the accessories the cabin had to offer. We would definitely rent this place again. Check in and out was easy and not overly demanding and the owner was very responsive. 5 star!

Great home for all ages!

This was the perfect home for our family......all four generations. Great location and very clean. Very few steps to navigated which my 84 year old Mother-inlaw appreciated.Our kids and grandkids enjoyed swimming off the dock, jumping from the dive platform and later in the evening making s'mores around the fire pit. The kids and grandkids have decided we should do this every year. On the last evening in the water, my grandson said "I'm sure going to miss this place"

Ozark Family Vacation 2023

The Howell Family has been vacationing together in MN over the last 18 years. This year we decided to switch it up a bit and head to MO. Let's just say we were not disappointed! The property was beautiful both inside and out. We had everything we needed which means you really only need clothes so pack light. The size of the property was ideal and slept nine adults very comfortably and let's not forget the location ... it was perfect! We did venture out on a couple of occasions to spend time with both family and friends that live nearby but otherwise chose to spend most of our time relaxing and enjoying each others company just floating in the cove. We definitely hope to be back in the future. Thank you so much for opening up your home to our family. We walked away with even more unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime. Lovely and Clean!

This home was very clean, updated, comfortable, and pleasant. Our family of five so enjoyed the view, the lake, the quiet area, the soft beds, the patio and dock
. I can’t think of anything that was disappointing or lacking, which is pretty rare. The host was kind and responsive (although we didn’t need much, everything was great) - and it is obvious that this property has conscientious and detailed care. We had a lovely time.

Great property in a quiet cove

The house was in the perfect location! Nice and quiet area with easy access to everything on the lake. House is clean, and the owner has it set up perfectly with lots of little extras for the stay. We loved the use of the owners kayaks, lilypad, and water floats. It was hot during our stay and we spent a lot of time in the water. My son fished off the dock and caught quite a few little sunfish and bluegill. We had a perfect vacation here. 😎

Paradise!

This house was perfect in every way! We had 4 teenagers and 4 adults. We all fit very comfortably. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. The host was quick to reply with anything we needed. They gave us their personal phone numbers if we needed anything. The location of the house was amazing. Located in a quiet cove where we could float and kayak. It’s close to restaurants on the water. We had an amazing time and will surely be booking this property again! Thank you for letting us stay!

Amazing property

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We had an amazing family vacation. Our usual destinations are typically beach themed. This would be the first lake rental and I must say, we will be doing more lake vacations in the future. Your house is amazing and had everything we needed. We brought 3 teens with us and no one was ever board. We all enjoyed the kayaks, Lilly pad, the dive platform and corn hole. But most of all, the fishing! Thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories with our children.

Everything went very smoothly. The place was clean and comfortable and nice but not real spacious. The location on the lake was great, right in the middle of all the places we wanted to go. The outdoors area was really nice. The beds were small for us adult couples though. We are all used to Kings. All in all, this place was a nice fit for 9 people or less.

Our stay was fantastic. Property owners are awesome to deal with and were very responsive when we had questions. Cove is very quiet and peaceful. Gas for boat is close nearby. We had an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful week at the lake with adult children

We enjoyed our week at this lake house immensely. It had enough space for 8 adults to sleep, play and relax. Highlights of our week besides swimming, kayaking and soaking in the sun included pickle ball at Peanick Park, mountain biking in Osage Beach, and fireworks at Captain Ron’s to celebrate Missouri’s 200th year of statehood. Our gracious hosts let us know about the fireworks nearby which were really well done. We loved the decor of the home as well as the many places to relax together inside and outside the home on the deck, lakeside, gazebo or fire pit. It was a perfect place to hang out with our three adult children and their friends.

Great house!

Incredible Find

This property is beautiful. The house is even bigger than the pictures. Very roomy open concept, but a very cozy feel. We had six adults staying there. My husband and I met our daughters and spouses there as we live in different states. Couldn't have picked a better place. It was so clean and so well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space was amazing on a quiet cove. Big roomy deck with a retractable awning, screened in gazebo and private dock. We used the paddle boat many times, fished from the dock and made great use of the beautiful fire pit area. Sarah was quick to respond to questions and a great host. Thanks again for everything!
