Cette maison est une chambre à coucher, un salon confortable avec un futon, une salle de bain complète, une cuisine équipée et une terrasse. La meilleure partie est que vous n'êtes qu'à quelques pas de vous amuser au Captain Ron’s Bar and Grill. Les équipements incluent la climatisation, la télévision par câble, une cuisinière, un réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes, un gril à gaz, un foyer et un feuillet disponibles à utiliser dans le quai couvert communautaire. Decent rental

No issues with the rental, however, the listing states it is a "lake view" cabin. Sadly, the view is non existent.

Bungalow Retreat

Overall a good place to stay for the cost. Our trip was off season so we had to contact the property manager when we checked in to have them turn the water on. Other than that no issues at all. As others have stated, it might be a good idea to bring an extra roll of toilet tissue with you.

Condition of the unit

While the little house was very cute, it was in shabby condition. The shower was blistered, the cabinets were dirty, the refrig was rusted and loud, the mattress was old and the wood on the deck was rotted.

Weekend at the Captain’s

This was my first Vrbo experience. Checkin was easy with key code provided. Nice but basic lake cabin near Captain Ron’s B&G. Linens and towels were provided, though basic. Pillows could use replacement, as could coffee maker. Not enough TP, so bring your own. Futon was dirty, needed cleaning badly. It was nice being close to the action at Ron’s on Saturday and Sunday nights, though it was early in the season. Not bad for the price. Would consider again.

Great host and clean accommodation.

Host was very accommodating and had great communication. Place was clean and basic needs stocked. Had a little issue with understanding how to make the TV work. But other than that it was great captain Ron's Bar and Grill has great food

Nice location

Nice little place for a quick weekend. Air conditioner and cleanliness is only issue. Air conditioner was locked at 69 and with the windows in the living room it stayed very warm. Lots of ants in the home and floors were a bit dirty. The location was perfect, check in and checkout were super simple. Overall a good place just a few recommendations.

Great location, close to everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. We took our boat so most time was spent on the water. Had the same covered slip all week (was nice) but we just picked one, not knowing if in right location or not. Turns out we were, after reaching out to the property manager before Aquapalooza we were told to stay where we were.

I got more than I bargained for...

It's not that I didn't enjoy staying here. I loved the location, which was perfect for people who want to be near live music, great food and drinks, and of course the water. It was decently clean -- my only complaints in this regard were a moldy coffee filter left in the coffee maker and fairly filthy carpets along the edges of the rooms. However, people who rented the cabin next door, though, told me their cabin hadn't been cleaned at all upon check-in. The price was OK for the amenities. But the last night of my stay, I discovered the lax safety measures put in place by the property manager could have endangered my life in a serious way. It turns out that the lock on the kitchen window didn't work. I found that out because I was at Captain Ron's down the hill and saw someone trying to open the window from the outside. After I did a safety check (in which I discovered a bedroom window also unlocked, and I hadn't touched any of the window locks during my stay), of course I called the property manager upset after this happened, but she had no other properties to put me in that night. I agreed to stay there and call the police if it happened again. Thankfully it didn't, but it was quite uncomfortable knowing I could have been easily attacked any night of my stay or had my things stolen. I reported the safety issue to VRBO, so hopefully that will be resolved. I know they reached out to the property manager on my behalf asking her to help make this situation right, but that was three days ago and I've heard nothing from her. I was hoping maybe to stay there in the future, but probably not now.

This was our 4th time staying In the houses at Captain Rons. It is a great value and in a convenient location. The houses are always clean and perfect for a weekend at the lake.

Nice but need bath towels only had 3 washcloth 2 hand towels. Need more bedding for futon bed. Plus need to let you know about paper towels garbage bags ,soap. Had to use our bath soap and had to buy bath towels and paper towels. Nice area clean ac worked great.

First we Didn’t have sheets for the futon then 2nd I had spoke with the property manager about a late check out of 1pm which was approved. 11am housekeeping barged in and I had to stop them from coming in and they said they were unaware of a late check out no one told them.
