This is an incredible lakefront house with a commanding main channel view and it is totally set up for vacation rentals. Offering plenty of space (5700 sq. ft.) to spread out and plenty of options for sleeping. Boasting two separate kitchens and several dining areas including a large lakeview screened in porch so everyone will have a place to enjoy their favorite meal. The lower level of the house offers a great space for the kids to hang out with plenty of seating and a flat screen TV to plug a gaming systems into. If that’s not enough, the lower level also boasts a tavern sized billiards table enhancing fun for the entire family. The 7th bedroom with a queen-sized bed is referred to as “the Dungeon”.

The upper main level of the house is the bomb! The main lakeview kitchen, formal lakeview living room, lakeview dining area, king bedded lakeview primary suite, a bunk room with a twin over double bed and another queen bedroom are located here, all of this is walk-in level from the street. The master bedroom offers a master bath with a corner soaking tub and an awesome adjoining private lakeview balcony.

The 2nd (middle level) hosts another kitchen, another family room and three more bedrooms; one with a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, another with a queen bed, and one more with a king bed. The lower level also provides a complete office desk set-up if you must work while enjoying your time at the we are not done quite yet!

Let’s talk about the outside space. You will have complete access to the garage where the gas grill is located but most importantly let’s talk about the dock!!! The dock offers a 12’ x 38’ slip with a V-Hull 8000# lift, a second 12’ X 20’ slip with no lift, 3 kayaks and a PWC lift as well! There is a nice uncovered swim dock with a slide for the kids and a nice Wet Steps ladder making easy access in and out of the lake. For the fishermen in your group, a nice stainless-steel fish cleaning station is provided to filet all the fish you catch while visiting beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.

Location, Location, Location: This house is located at the 36 mile marker in beautiful Sunrise Beach, and is near many popular restaurants and lakefront bars including Captain Ron’s, famous for being home of the Lake Ozark Shootout, a very popular annual event occurring the last weekend in August traditionally. Close by, there are grocery stores, boat rentals, a boat ramp and everything you need to enjoy your time at the lake!

Please note: This property is monitored by external cameras. You can fit about 4-5 cars, 2-3 in front of the house and a couple more across the street (space is shared with the neighbors too). You can leave a trailer at an area marina about eight miles from the house for a small nightly fee.
