Convenience is our middle name, with Frankie and Louies just around the corner by boat in the next-door cove or the iconic Captain Ron's a mere 10-minute drive away. A ramp to drop in your boat is down the street and tie downs to side tie your boat at the house's private dock. This is your ticket to a prime location with everything you need for a fun and relaxing escape.

Step inside, and the excitement continues. Our retreat features two cozy bedrooms and a whimsical loft that's sure to capture the hearts of kids (ages 8 and up, please). But what truly sets us apart? Three full bathrooms with a full house water softener – a rare luxury on the lake! The master bedroom is a haven with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, offering a retreat within a retreat.

The second bedroom, downstairs, invites you to cozy up with two full-size beds, a single pull-out leather couch, and its own ensuite bathroom. But that's not all – walk out to the screened-in porch, martini deck, and dock right from your room, making every moment a seamless blend of comfort and adventure.

Entertainment? We've got you covered! The living room unfolds into a queen pull-out couch, a loft with a single bed, and spectacular views of the main channel. Movie nights come to life with an LCD Smart TV, Roku box, and a Bluetooth-enabled sound bar – all against the backdrop of the breathtaking lake.

And let's talk about rest. Every mattress in this haven is a high-quality hybrid memory foam, ensuring your comfort and rejuvenation after every exciting day.

* We do not allow parties with any additional guests outside of the booking party. Please be considerate of neighbors. Depending on the weekend and holidays, quiet time can differ. We leave the booking party to be attuned to the going on of neighbors and respect their quiet times when they shut it down for the evening.
* No smoking in the house or on the property.
* Sorry, no pets outside any approved dog.
* We have security cameras on the exterior of the house on all entry ways.
* Rental agreement must be acknowledged.
