Ce n'est pas votre location de vacances typique du lac des Ozarks. C'est notre deuxiÚme maison, vous y trouverez donc des touches personnelles. Plafond voûté avec une vue imprenable sur le lac.

Vous pouvez faire du tube et du ski dans notre FABULEUSE crique. Nous sommes hors du canal principal, donc l'eau est calme. Nos quais ne bougent pas comme les quais du canal principal!

Par l'eau, nous sommes Ă  moins de 2 miles par lac Ă  Camden on the Lake, Alhonna's, H. Crapauds, Shady Gators, Tap and Grill Lakeside Brew Haus ET Frankie et Louie!

Notre maison a une configuration parfaite pour deux familles ou plus.
- Le niveau supérieur a 3 chambres (un roi et deux reines) et un loft avec deux lits jumeaux, deux salles de bain complÚtes (une dans le maßtre) plus un salon voûté avec télévision à écran plat, une cuisine complÚte avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable ( cuisiniÚre à gaz) - tout nouveau en 2019 - et salle à manger / salle à manger pour 16 et une grande buanderie!
- Le niveau inférieur dispose d'une cuisine complÚte (moins un lave-vaisselle), pouvant accueillir 12 personnes - une table à manger pour les cartes, des tables et des chaises de bar, une table de billard, un baby-foot et une télévision à écran plat, une salle de télévision séparée avec un autre bar, un lit de repos avec gigogne, plus trois chambres (un roi et deux reines) et 1 1/2 salles de bain.
- NOUVEAU AU COURS DE L'ÉTÉ 2018 - Tous les draps, oreillers, couvertures, surmatelas et couettes pour tous les lits; Coussins pour tous les siĂšges d'extĂ©rieur; Table de billard et queues; Table de baby-foot; CanapĂ©s au niveau principal, chaises en cuir, table basse, toutes les lampes; Table Ă  manger et chaises / banc; Nouveau mobilier de chambre principale

- Une petite terrasse hors de la cuisine et grillagĂ©e dans le porche pour une petite fĂȘte de quatre personnes.
- Une grande terrasse au large de la salle de jeux de niveau inférieur avec des siÚges pour 12 personnes.
- Un pont martini de 16+
- Nous avons DEUX quais.
- Un puits unique pour votre bateau (sans ascenseur) et un jet ski / ascenseur PWC.
- Un quai de fĂȘte avec des siĂšges de bar, des chaises longues, des tables et des chaises, un ascenseur pour jet ski / PWC et un toboggan!

Nous avons tous les nouveaux Ă©dredons, draps et oreillers. ET! Nouveaux meubles de salon, salle Ă  manger et chambre des maĂźtres! Nouveaux coussins pour tous les meubles de pont et de quai. Parking pour 5 voitures.

Code pad was fine, however ever other door on the property was unlocked so anyone could have gotten in !Kitchen Floors sticky on arrivalHad to wash the pots and pans we used before use, they had been somewhat  cleaned, but still had crumbs in them.Hot water took  long time to warm upDeck is in need of a LOT of care, nails sticking out boards need replacedSlide water is not operationableSpeakers on the deck deck dont work and just need to be thrown in the trashRefigerator on deck worked but had a large dent in it..The dock itself looked like it hadnt been hosed down or cleaned off in ages, we had to wipe down the bar area as there were still drink rings etc on the counter. Behind the bar area had random left items that needed pitched. The door on the area that holds floats etc doesnt close.Jet ski loft doesn't workNo lighting on the steps on way down to the docks and none outside.More then 1/2 of the lighting on the dock is burnt outNo furniture on the 'martini' deck and it sits right in front of another property so you cant hang out there with friends unless you want to disturb the neighbors.The inside areas are ok. Nice to have 2 kitchens and a game area. Slept 15 of us comfortably,  theres an extra pull out bed so we could have had 18 with us but that bed is in an open area.The master suite is very nice roomy with the only nice bathroom so we shared.  Overall if give the place a 4 out of 10 mainly because the outside areas need tons of attention.

Pros: Large room on main level to gather with family. Only one bed on lower level is uncomfortable. Dock chairs, tables, and cushions provided. Twice great response from house manager: 1-replaced the shower doors with a shower curtain and rod (we requested this rather than risk the doors falling off again) 2-quickly provided a new grill. Good assortment of pots and pans. Nice pantry storage, Plenty of spices. Extra refrigerator downstairs and mini fridge in kitchen and on the dock.. Nice space downstairs for small groups. Nice towels. Cons: Couches uncomfortable (sink deeply into them). Many wobbly things in this house: Some straight back chairs, kitchen bench, lower bathroom sliding doors fell off during an adult shower, the metal tie downs for the boat on the dock, dock tables, slide on dock which has a 125 pound limit. The water doesn’t work on the slide so you get butt burn. Docks and decks need repair. Martini deck has no furniture and is hard to get to over rocks. My eight year old granddaughter said when first looking at the deck, "well this does not look like the picture.” The grill did not work. I called the house manager number listed. The person said they hadn’t worked for the owners for a while, but gave me the number of the current manager who said they knew the grill was bad but were told to replace it when someone complains. Not enough forks and spoons. The toaster burns one side and other side is not toasted.

Lovely home with great views and two decks. The decks need to be refinished and deck stair rails need replacement due to rotting wood. The screened in porch needs painting and updating. The bathrooms need repairs on master bath bench, first floor shower and tub stained and paint peeling above shower. A few of my daughters have VRBO’s, the feedback is not meant to be critical, just factual. The home is lovely, but showing signs of needed repairs. The property managers were very sweet. They had a conversation with my husband about the cleanliness of the property and responded with great care and concern. Our family had a wonderful time. Thank you

Great Place for a family reunion

We spent most of our time outside thought the inside offers plenty of places for privacy. The swimming dock was a bonus and we made great use of that. Our 19 foot pontoon boat fit nicely into the boat dock. The deck was great for evening catch-ups. And we all left speaking to one another -- enough said

Beautiful house with a great location!

This is a beautiful house with a great location. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds were all very comfortable. Our group loves to hang out on the dock and swim. The main dock needs to be updated as there are multiple boards that are deteriorating. If the dock were updated, this would be the perfect lake house!

Golf Trip

Great place to go after a golf trip. We did not spend much time on the deck or dock but the living room and rec room were heavily used. Great time and if you want to hang out after a round, this place is amazing!!

Overall a Good Stay

Let me preface by saying this home switched management from the time I booked it to when we stayed so I would like to give the new management the benefit of the doubt and will likely need some time to fix things. The location and accommodations of this home were perfect for our large family. We comfortably fit and enjoyed the quiet area. It was a quick trip to town to get any items needed. The checkin/checkout process was super easy. There was lots to do including provided board games. It was stocked well with kitchen appliances/utensils, towels, extra pillows, etc. There were lots of refrigerators everywhere to hold all our groceries/drinks. Concerns.. The kitchen island had painters tape holding a corner piece on. The ceiling fan in the basement room was located so close to the wall the blades were hitting the wall when it was turned on. The third deck off by itself is completely empty and really served no purpose unless you brought your own chairs. The grill is not located on any of the decks and locked down in a tiny little area which was disappointing because we couldn’t all hang out there comfortably while grilling. Half of the bulbs on the string lights in this area were also out. The big dock with the slide needs some repairs. Many boards were super soft and the slide’s water hookup was broken.

Lake of the ozarks

9 adult men, high school friends stayed for 5 nights. Plus was everyone had there own bed and only one room had more than I person. Location was excellent, on the water with boat dock and a separate party dock. Kitchen was modern and Sep kitchen down stairs also helped. Several other small fridges on docks and other areas. Downside is property needs some repairs and upkeep. Several decks and all need new paint and no umbrellas for shade ( temps were over 95 everyday during our stay) one deck had zero furniture. Slide on party dock did not work, lights on boat dock also did not work. A/c and fans worked great. Did not have access to garage and no shade for parking on property in high heat was a bummer.

Not worth the money

Disappointed. needs alot of updating. Not very clean kitchen especially-Docks are old and need alot of work- holes rusty nails-paint chipping. outside lights did not work.will not stay there again.

Family vacation

The property was very clean and spacious. Sandy, the property owner, was very responsive and helpful. If I contacted her, she would immediately get back to me. Loved the dock with the slide. Plenty of room for our group to gather and go swimming. I would recommend this property to anyone going to the Lake of the Ozarks area!

we were all extremely happy with staying at this Lake House it was extremely spacious and with having double kitchens and double docks there was plenty of room for activities also the house is located in a cove to help with the rough waters when storms come definitely a must see

Beautiful home

The house worked out great for our group of 13 adult family members. A lot of the bedrooms were tucked away which gave us privacy. The weather was too cold so we couldn’t use the martini bar or the decks. We enjoyed the large living room as a gathering place. The house was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. It met all of our needs and more.

The property wasn't exactly what I expected but adequate for our group. We had sixteen senior golfers staying at the house. Bathroom arrangements and bedrooms were lacking, but again we made do. Also we had to drive down a gravel road to get to the property. Probably won't be staying at this property anytime soon.

Golf Trip 2023

The property was nice. The weather, not so much. With it being so cold outside, the lower level was quite cold. We are all in our late 40's, 50's and 60's and some got cold sleeping in the basement. Some things that we would like to have had while we were there were a functioning grill. We used the neighbors after asking them, so it worked out. A hot tub is something we have to have, and it was my mistake for missing. We get quite sore playing golf all day and the hot tub is a true blessing to have. We would have also liked to have had a coffee maker on site. A Kuerig or something like that would have been great. All of these things have been in other houses that we have stayed at. It would have also been nice to have access to a garage so we did not have to empty out the vehicles every day. Everything else was fine.

Rental was just as described. Beautiful home and lake view. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the game room!! Owner was always quick to respond with any question we had.
