Now, full transparency: being this close to the lift means you might hear a few snowcats at night grooming the trails. But when you're rolling out of bed and onto first chair while the rest of town is still lacing up boots, it's a small trade-off. Trust us—it's worth it.

The primary suite features a king bed, a walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and its own private patio that opens to ski-in/ski-out access. And in the summer? You're steps from the Sun Valley Pavilion, walking distance to Dollar's scenic hiking trails, and just a short stroll to the Sun Valley Village. Downtown Ketchum is an easy five-minute drive or bike ride away.
