Elkhorn amenities include discount golfing privileges at the famous Trent Jones designed Elkhorn golf course, free tennis, free use of the Olympic size pools and hot tubs at both the Harker Center and Elkhorn Community Center, as well as the other amenities provided such as Pickleball The Fairway Nine pool will be opening memorial day weekend. Village pool will open summer 2022. The Harker pool will open mid June.

This corner unit is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths 2265 sqft.(plus loft w/2 pull out twin beds) The condo sleeps 8-10 depending on the combination of kids/adults/teenagers/toddlers and has just been updated with brand new kitchenware, pots/pans, plates, coffee maker, toaster oven etc. bathroom and bedding have all new textiles, pillows, bedding, rugs, towels etc. The new bedding in the 2 rooms with king beds is high quality textiles including linen, 100% cotton sheets, down pillows and down duvet in master. The master bedroom has a brand new high quality latex/cotton/coiled spring mattress, a walk in closet, private bathroom, New 43 in smart TV and patio/deck w/green space. Second bedroom has king bed with pillow-top mattress & walk in closet as well. Third bedroom has 4 bunk beds and New 32in TV. Note: Loft area has New Comfy Queen Sleeper couch and 43in/dvd combo with movies/games. We have bought 16 down sleeping pillows so there is no fighting who gets good quality pillows.
Spend your winter days by the stone gas-ignited fireplace, Favorite movies on the 55in Smart Flat screen TV or BBQ on your deck enjoying glass of wine from the wine fridge or some local coffee. This unit gets a lot of light due to its high ceilings and has an open floor living space for easy entertaining; 4 seating at breakfast bar, 6-8 dining seating, and 4 seating in nook. A designated desk area in the kitchen nook allows for quiet online work space or online school. 2 Weeks for both holidays or if you want just (1) of those holiday you must book 3-4 days before 3-4 days after. This allows for others to enjoy a true holiday week.
