Located in the heart of Sun Valley Village, this 2-bedroom 2-bath condo has a second-level entry (no elevator) with 2 floors. On the main level is the living area with a gas fireplace, a 52-inch flat-screen TV with cable and streaming. There is access to a nice deck off the living area with outdoor furniture. There are nice complex views with a creek running through it. The kitchen is fully stocked, has granite countertops, and a separate dining area that has 3 chairs and a bench for your dining pleasure.

Upstairs, you will find the 2 bedrooms. The master has a Queen bed and a 36-inch flat-screen TV (no closet and no dresser). It has its own full-size bath with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. There is a stack washer/dryer in this room. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and complex views (no closet and no dresser). This bedroom has access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. There is a kitchenette off the hallway on this floor that has a microwave oven, fridge, and coffee maker. There is no elevator in this complex to get to the second-floor entrance to the condo.

Complex Features: The Cottonwood Condominiums are located on Dollar Road just across from the Sun Valley Village. The Sun Valley Pavilion is about two blocks away. This is the best location for convenient access to indoor and outdoor ice-skating rinks, pools, hot tubs, shops, and meeting facilities. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth, and scenery. Landscaping includes ponds and streams on the grounds. Bald Mountain ski lifts are 1.5 miles away, and Dollar Mountain ski lifts are 0.5 miles away. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Cottonwoods. In the summer, the bike path provides miles of scenic biking or walking enjoyment.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenity passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool and Olympic Pool are available for your stay. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open, as resort policies can change at any time.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
