The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishware, and features a breakfast bar for four that flows into a dining table with seating for six. In the living area, a plush sectional and cozy seating for six offer the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure. Large windows and glass doors flood the space with natural light and frame stunning views of Mount Morrisey and Tod Mountain.
This unit comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests with three well-appointed bedrooms each with a TV: one with a king bed, one with a queen, and the third with two twin beds â plus an L-shaped queen pull-out sofa in the living room perfectly positioned in front of the TV and Fireplace. On the spacious balcony you will find a new private hot tub fitted with 6 seats plus a cooler seat, complete with patio furniture and a BBQ, creating the ultimate aprĂšs-ski or summer evening retreat.
Additional features include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, ski storage, a TV and one parking space in front of the unit. Whether you're visiting for winter adventure or summer exploration, this home offers the perfect base for your Sun Peaks getaway.

Ski-in:
To ski-in you can take the East Village Ski Way from the Sundance or Orient chairlifts and follow it until you reach the Powder Heights ski-in trail. Alternatively, from the Orient Chairlift you can take Czesc or Ausfahrt to get to the Powder Heights ski-in trail.
Ski-out:
To ski-out walk to the West end of the complex, you will be back on the Powder Heights ski in-out trail, and the East Village Ski Way where you are a short ski to both the Orient and Morrisey Chairlifts.
Walking:
Village Centre Shops, Restaurants, and Cafes 19-22 minutes
Village Day Lodge 23-26 minutes
Skating Rink 17-20 minutes
In-Resort Shuttle:
In the winter season ONLY, Sun Peaks Resort provides a complimentary shuttle service that offers transportation in and out of the village, with pick-up/drop-off locations conveniently accessible to all condo complexes. For more details please visit the Sun Peaks Resort website.
Self-contained and self-catered unit:
Your property comes equipped with fresh linens, sheets, towels, basic kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, soap tablets for the dishwasher, liquid dish soap, laundry detergent, paper products such as facial tissue, toilet paper, paper towel, salt and pepper, plus one complimentary pouch of coffee.
We do recommend you bring anything you think you may need that is not provided, milk, spices, condiments, cooking oil, beverages, coffee, tea, food items, etc.
