Stone House Moca

Stone House Moca is located in Sukošan, near the city of Zadar. Sukošan is a well-known tourist destination where you can enjoy local food, explore the clear Adriatic Sea and beautiful bays and beaches.

The house was built in a rustic style in 2024 and offers 66 m2 of living space. It is only 50 meters from the beach, and there are restaurants and cafes nearby. It is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 2 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 1 bedroom located on the upper floor, which is reached by stairs. There is also 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 separate toilet.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with a bar with 2 bar stools. An ideal place for evening gatherings and relaxing with TV and your favorite movies, the living room offers a seating area and an armchair.

It is only 50 meters from the sea, which is an excellent opportunity for diving and all-day swimming, and there is a direct view of the sea from the bedroom on the first floor.

Nearby you will find a supermarket, various restaurants and cafes, where you will have the opportunity to try delicious traditional Dalmatian dishes

There are a handful of beautiful beaches in Sukošan, and the beach 'Dječji raj' stands out in particular. Due to its shallow sea and sandy bottom, this beach is a paradise for children and all those who, in addition to swimming, enjoy various games in the sea. On the beach you can rent deck chairs and pedal boats, refresh yourself with ice cream or have a drink in one of the cafes.

Be sure to visit the cities of Zadar and Biograd na moru. In Zadar, you will have the opportunity to enjoy historical sights, take photos at the most famous installation 'Greetings to the Sun', stroll through charming streets and drink coffee while enjoying the view of the Adriatic Sea. If you are a gourmet, Zadar offers a wide range of restaurants, pizzerias and taverns with a rich selection of local specialties, where you can enjoy excellent food and good wine.
