Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.Looking for a cozy home in the mountains? Well, you`ve found it. This beautiful Sugarloaf one bedroom, one bath plus loft home with hot tub and a steam sauna is the perfect getaway for all seasons!

As you enter the property, you`ll notice that the home and exterior deck have been recently fully remodeled. Upon entry, you`ll be mesmerized by the natural-look of the wooden vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, and natural light that flows throughout the home. The kitchen offers quartz countertops and plenty of cabinet space for storage, and a large number of appliances, if you love cooking. You`ll be pleased with our stackable washer and dryer. The bathroom is spacious and features a walk-in shower/steam sauna and single sink. As you climb the stairs, you`ll find a loft with a king bed. The main bedroom offers access to the back yard, where you can enjoy the fresh air while soaking in your private spa. Experience nature at its fullest, this is the place to be!

Sugarloaf is a very small and quiet community where you can enjoy and relax away from the turmoil of the big city. At a walkable distance from the house there is a nice recreational park that offer lots of entertainment for kids and adults alike.

Parking: The City of Big Bear limits Parking to a maximum of 2 vehicles for the house. No Street Parking is allowed in any residential neighborhood.

Village Distance: 18 minutes away from the home.

Slope distances: Snow Summit is 16 minutes away from the home. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is 17 minutes away from the home.

We have high chairs and pack n plays available at our office for rent for a fee of $25 per day for each or as a packaged deal, please notify us in advance if you would like to rent these during your stay.

To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.

If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.

Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our `things to know` and `house rules` sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
Refundable security deposit hold collected 2 days prior to check-in (excluding Airbnb reservations).

Please read the listing carefully to confirm all house rules. Owner of this home and their children are extremely allergic to all animals and have medical issues and legal documentation on file with all platforms and cannot accept ESA nor service animals. There will be a $5000 cleaning fee for any violation of this or over occupancy plus immediate eviction or for smoking of any kind.

Please leave the hot tub closed at all times - if a user error or maintenance is refused to verify a spa issue or if we have to dump and fill water prior to your stay due to cleanliness requirements - we cannot be held liable nor grant refunds for a spa not being at the temperature desired or if left uncovered - if we have to dump the water it can take 24 hours for it to warm up.
