Recently renovated and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy cozy king beds with crisp linens, plush pillows, smart home features, and inviting spaces designed for relaxing together.

The fully updated kitchen includes new appliances, cookware, spices, olive oil, a stocked coffee bar with Keurig, and all the essentials provided.

The mudroom is spacious with a commercial sized washer and dryer available for guest use. Laundry supplies are provided.

The dining area seats 8, and the living room features a 65” TV, Apple TV, record player, and smart home controls throughout.

Three king bedrooms offer cozy mattresses, luxurious linens, ceiling fans, charging stations, and Alexa-enabled devices. The finished attic adds extra space with two twin beds, a fold-down couch, office area, and second coffee station.

The home has newly renovated full bathroom on both floors which both offer plush towels and all the essentials. Neither bathroom is an en suite, so guest access is easy for all.

Outside, unwind on the covered porch and pavilion, soak in the private hot tub, or gather around the fire pit with starter firewood included (extra firewood available on site).

The home is located next to a small local high school, but with fencing, landscaping, and privacy walls, guests still enjoy a secluded and peaceful feel.

Checkout is simple — leave the cleaning and details to us. Come as you are, leave refreshed.

We had the most amazing stay! There were four of us, and it could not have been more perfect for a girls’ getaway. The house was absolutely adorable—so clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it even better after long days of relaxing and exploring.One of our favorite parts was spending hours out on the patio. We laughed so much and truly enjoyed the peaceful setting—it was the perfect place to unwind and make great memories.Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and charming getaway!

The hosts are welcoming, making their house feel homey. They had a Christmas tree up and other decorations around the house. They do a great job of anticipating your needs. I especially like the coffee bar. I will stay there again.

House was well set up for our girls weekend away. Beds are comfortable, there is plenty of room to relax and we could have invited a couple more lol. Hot tub and showers were fantastic. No complaints and we will be recommending the place to everyone we know that wants to stay in the area.

The kitchen was completely ready for a family to cook meals! They thought of everything! The coffee bar (both of them!) was amazing!!! The hot tub was clean and sooooo nice after a cold day of shopping!! The beds were so comfortable and big!!! Best VRBO we have ever rented in Amish country!! We will be back! Thank you!!!!

The house is in a beautiful location walking distance to town and the largest cuckoo clock! Everything is just a few minutes away to be able to do. The house is beautiful and clean and the beds were terrific. We enjoyed the campfire and was able to relax. It was the fabulous 50’s weekend and enjoy seeing all the old cars. would highly recommend !

Destination Cozy is the Perfect Getaway

Early Mother's Day weekend for Mom. 8 in our group and we were very happy with the property. The bedrooms are well sized for sharing. The younger guests in our group loved the attic area and the outdoor areas. If you are visiting Amish Country, this house and location can't be beat.

Perfect getaway

I’ve been under a lot of stress lately with losing my mom. I was looking for a relaxing place to spend with my daughters and new grandson and this place fit the bill. Very clean and perfect location to shopping and restaurants. This house had everything we needed and then some. A lot of attention to detail was given. Will stay here again!

The house is totally unassuming from the front of the house. But goodness, the inside and back area were super nice! Very clean, loved each of the bedrooms and nice size finished loft upstairs. Kitchen has everything you need. Can’t say anything negative about this place.

Wonderful getaway

The house was very cozy and beautifully decorated. We loved the attention to every detail to make our stay relaxing, comfortable, and stressfree. It was very clean and the outdoor amenities were great! The location was very busy the weekend we were there due to the Swiss Festival. Lots to do in the surrounding areas and we had a great time. We have stayed in at least 50 rentals over the years and this is by far the absolute best one. There is nothing that has been missed. Anything you could possibly need is there. The property is just as great as the pictures. We will definitely stay again when we return next year and the years after.

Hands down a SIX star VRBO home!!

Communication with the hosts was so easy and fast, they provided (in great detail) information about the property, local restaurants and attractions. We could not have asked for more. The house was amazing, the house and management set the example for how a VRBO property should be. The house was super clean, and had everything we needed to have an amazing stay and explore Amish country. This one is at the top of our favorites. Highly recommend this centrally located, immaculate property if you are exploring this part of Ohio. Thank you for having us and we will be back.

Ladies Retreat Trip

We loved this property. It was very clean, had everything you would need, with some bonus items. We were a group of 5 ladies and it was perfect for us. The king size beds were comfortable and cozy. It was close to everything we wanted to do and was in town. The host was amazing. We had a couple of very small issues that were my fault and she came over and took care of them easily and called me and told me what to do. We loved it and would definitely recommend it and will use it again our next time to visit. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.
