This property is entirely fenced-in and provides large outdoor areas (2000 square meters), a private swimming-pool and nice areas furnished for open-air dining. This villas was restored with its original architectural features such as beamed-ceilings and terracotta-tiled floors preserved and offers nice, welcoming interiors.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
The location is peaceful and ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding landscape.

Distances: Subbiano with general stores 8 km away, Arezzo (railway station with daily trains to Rome and Florence) 23 km, the charming town of Cortona 50 km away, Siena 90 km, Florence 95 km away. The villa is set close to restaurants.
Access to the house is via a portion of unpaved road (800 m) in good condition, but not suitable for low-riding or sports cars.

At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden with gazebo, tables, chairs and hammock, large private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m - depth 1,5 m – open from the 15th of April to the 15th of October), barbecue.

Extra Services: Baby bed available free of charge. Maid service by arrangement € 12,- / per hour (payment on site). Upon request it is possible to organize Tuscan dinners.
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 100,- / per week (payment on the spot).
