Welcome to Lily Bay Lodge, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This 3-story home was built in 1988 and sits on a 2-acre wooded property with 200 feet of sandy Lake Michigan shoreline. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and overlooks Lake Michigan so you'll experience breathtaking views from almost every room in the house. It also has a screened in porch that faces south and offers bug-free dining and the sounds of the waves hitting the shore add to the experience. The outdoor brick paved patio is on the lakeside and also has a table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also a firepit on the beach for evening campfires. This home is located a short 10-minute drive to downtown Sturgeon Bay and is about 3/4 mile to the Lily Bay boat launch.

This property allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs under 25 pounds each. There is an additional fee collected at booking.

Water Access:
+ Easy water entry from the property.
+ Swimming Conditions: 200 feet of sand beach, water temps are cool: 50-60 degrees. Beach stretches for miles offering a great opportunity to walk the beach to enjoy nature, watch the sunrise, or try fishing.
+ Water Depth: A gentle slope from shore 0-10 feet (20 feet from shore)
+ Kayaks can be used no more than 50 yards off the shoreline, any further out water is rough and cold.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.
