Enjoy a relaxing stay in our modern and peaceful house. You will be in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short drive (or 20 min walk) from downtown where you will find coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and essentials. Stuart Beach is a 10 min drive and the intercoastal Sewall's point is a 5 min drive.

This brand-new, 2022-updated home features ample amenities including laundry, a well-stocked kitchen, a hammock, free parking, and more!

Our newly-updated house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s tastefully decorated with new appliances, furniture, and finishings throughout. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a full-length mirror, and a private ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed and a pullout mattress. This listing can accommodate 6 adults or 4-5 adults and 3-2 kids. There is a shared full bathroom located in the hallway. Guests will find linens, towels, and extra blankets.

The open-concept living room and kitchen makes a great area for hanging out. Relax and watch TV on the big-screen, or have a cocktail at the bar. Our kitchen is fully-equipped and well-stocked with everything you need to cook the perfect meal during your stay. The dining table is located in a separate room and seats 6 people.

The backyard is fully fenced, perfect for pets! There’s also a BBQ and hammock to enjoy!

Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same.

Cameras record per motion-activation and operates at all times, 24/7. We can access both cameras via Ring app at any time. There are NO cameras inside the property. These outdoor camera systems do not invade privacy but are in place to ensure the above rules are adhered to.
